Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը՝ երեկվա հոսանքազրկումների մասին

Այսօր լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը, խոսելով երեկ հոսանքի հետ կապված խնդիրների մասին ու պատասխանելով հարցին, թե դա ինչպես է ազդել այն տեղամասերի աշխատանքի վրա, որտեղ նման դեպք է արձանագրվել, ասաց, որ դրա վերաբերյալ պարզաբանում ներկայացվել է. «Ամեն դեպքում, երբ ունենում էինք հոսանքազրկումներ, փորձում էինք համապատասխան ծառայությունների միջոցով առավելագույնը կարճ ժամկետներում իրականացնել վերականգնումը»:
«Մենք երեկ արդեն այդ կապակցությամբ որոշ պարզաբանումներ տվել ենք, որ տեխնիկական սարքավորումների աշխատանքի մասով խափանումներ չենք ունեցել, որովհետև կային համապատասխան մարտկոցներ, որոնք հնարավորություն էին տալիս հոսանքազրկման պարագայում շարունակել աշխատանքը՝ քվեարկության ընթացքը: Խնդիր էր լինում տեսախցիկների մասով, որոնք անջատվում էին»,-ասաց նա:
Հոսանքազրկումը պատահականություն է եղել արդյո՞ք, կամ՝ տեխնիկական, արդյո՞ք դա տրամաբանական թվում է իրեն:
Մուկուչյանն ասաց, որ նման դատողություն անելու համար պետք է ունենալ լուրջ հիմքեր. «Եթե նման հիմքեր չկան, եթե այն չի անջատվել տեղամասում ինչ-որ մեկի կողմից, այլ եղել է ընդհանուր հոսանքազրկման հետևանք, տվյալ պարագայում մենք չենք կարող լինել հարցի հասցեատերը»:
