Բաքվի ծանր հանցագործությունների դատարանում մեկնարկել է հայ ռազմագերիների դեմ քրեական գործի նախապատրաստական նիստը, հայտնում է minval.az-ը` մանրամասնելով, որ Ադրբեջանը նրանց մեղադրում է «ահաբեկչության համար» (չակերտները-Խմբ.):
Դատական գործընթացը սկսվել է Եղիշ Հովհաննեսի Աստանյանի, Կարեն Արմենի Արամյանի, Տիգրան Մանիկի Ավագյանի, Գրիգոր Գևորգի Գևորգյանի, Հովսեփ Ռոբերտի Մանուկյանի, Գևորգ Սամվելի Մարտիրոսյանի, Ռոբերտ Հովիկի Գևորգյանի, Վաղարշակ Աշոտի Ավետիսյանի, Վոլոդյա Գագիկի Հակոբյանի, Անդրանիկ Սրապի Սուքիասյանի, Անդրանիկ Տիգրանի Մանուկյանի, Գրիգոր Սեյրանի Սաղաթելյանի և Էդուարդ Արմենի Գիրագուսյանի նկատմամբ:
Դատավարության ընթացքում դատավոր Ֆայիգ Գանիևի նախագահությամբ պարզվում են մեղադրյալների անձնական տվյալները:
Նշվում է, որ ավելի վաղ ավարտվել էր Ադրբեջանի Պետական անվտանգության ծառայության գլխավոր քննչական վարչության կողմից հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Այն հարուցվել էր հայ ռազմագերիների նկատմամբ, որոնք Բաքվի պնդմամբ, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում կրակի դադարեցման շուրջ Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և ՌԴ-ի միջև եռակողմ հայտարարության ստորագրումից հետո «ներթափանցել են Ադրբեջանի տարածք և ահաբեկչական գործողություններ իրականացրել» (չակերտները-Խմբ.):
