ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ ընտրությունները, գուցե ամրագրեցին ընտրատեղամասեր եկողների կամքը, բայց ոչ` հայ հասարակության տրամադրություններն ու նկրտումները:
 
Համատարած ստի ու կեղծիքի վրա հիմնված քարոզարշավն ունեցավ տրամաբանական ավարտ: Արձանագրված են բազմաթիվ խախտումներ:
 
Ցավոք, ինչպես կանխատեսում էի 2018-ին, և այդ կանխատեսումն իրականացավ, այնպես էլ հիմա, ակնհայտ է, որ երեկվա ընտրության արդյունքում վերարտադրված քաղաքական ուժը, ունենանլով բացարձակ իշխանություն, ի վիճակի չի լինելու լուծել պետության և ժողովրդի ապագայի շահից բխող որևէ խնդիր: Կարճ ժամանակ անց, մենք բոլորս առերեսվելու ենք դառը իրականությանը: Քաղաքական տեխնոլոգիաների միջոցով, դարձյալ օգտագործվեց մարդկանց հավատն ու միամտությունը: Հանրությանը տարիներով սնելով կեղծ տեղեկատվությամբ, կոտրելով հավատը պետության ու վաղվա օրվա նկատմամբ, դրեցին սահմանափակ ընտրության առաջ, թույլ չտալով մտածել նոր, վստահելի այլընտրանքի մասին:
 
Ցավոք սրտի, մենք ականատես ենք լինելու նոր մեծ ճգնաժամի, որի մեջ հայտնվելու է մեր երկիրը:
 
Քաղաքական, տնտեսական ու սոցիալական դժվարւթյունն էլ ավելի է խորանալու, մեծանալու է արտագաղթի ծավալը, սրվելու են լարումն ու պառակտվածությունը:
Հայաստանին լուրջ ներքին և աշխարհաքաղաքական փորձություններ են սպասվում:
 
Սիրելի ժողովուրդ,
Հիմա առավել քան երբևէ մենք հավաքական լայնախոհության կարիք ունենք՝ մեր հայրենիքն այս իրավիճակից հանելու համար:
Հայաստանը սիրո, համերաշխության և միասնականության կարիք ունի, և ոչ թէ չարության ու «պողպատի»:
 
Ես համոզված եմ, որ, ինչպես պատմության մեջ շատ անգամ, այնպես էլ հիմա մեր ժողովուրդը կկարողանա իմաստություն և համբերություն ցուցաբերել, միավորվել և չդառնալ մեծ քաղաքական խաղերի և ներքաղաքական մանր ինտրիգների զոհ:
