Հայաստանի դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունը չի ճանաչում Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի 2021 թվականի հունիսի 20-ի արտահերթ ընտրությունների արդյունքները
ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը 2021 թվականի մայիսի 31-ին կայացրել է “Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի 2021 թվականի հունիսի 20-ի արտահերթ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար Հայաստանի դեմոկրատական կուսակցության ընտրական ցուցակը գրանցելու մասին” թիվ 101-Ա որոշումը, որով գրանցել է Հայաստանի դեմոկրատական կուսակցության ընտրական ցուցակը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի 2021 թվականի հունիսի 20-ի արտահերթ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար։

Հայաստանի դեմոկրատական կուսակցության ընտրական ցուցակում ընդգրկված Տիգրան Գրիշայի Արզաքանցյանը (1-ին հերթական համար) գրանցվել է պատգամավորի թեկնածու։

Ինչպես նախընտրական ժամանակահատվածում, այնպես էլ ընտրությունների օրը, իշխանությունների գործողությունները միտված են եղել թուլացնելու իրենց ընդդիմախոսներին։

Հայաստանի դեմոկրատական կուսակցության դեմ այդ գործողությունները դրսևորվել են, մասնավորապես, նրանում, որ դեռևս 2021 թվականի հունիսի 2-ին (այս մասին, ի դեպ, պարզ է դարձել միայն 2021 թվականի հունիսի 10-ին) ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության կողմից սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ հարուցվել է ոչ իրավաչափ վարչական վարույթ, որը միտված է եղել Հայաստանի դեմոկրատական կուսակցության ընտրական ցուցակում ընդգրկված Տիգրան Գրիշայի Արզաքանցյանի (1-ին հերթական համար), որպես պատգամավորի թեկնածուի, գրանցումն անվավեր ճանաչելուն։

Ընդ որում, լավ հասկանալով ընտրական գործընթացների սեղմ ժամկետները, ինչպես նաև թեկնածուի կողմից պետական մարմինների գործողությունների և նրանց կողմից կայացված վարչական ակտերի բողոքարկման արդյունքում ընտրական գործընթացների առանձնահատկությունների հաշվառմամբ առաջացող իրավական փակուղիները, պատկան մարմիններն արել են հնարավորը, որպեսզի Հայաստանի դեմոկրատական կուսակցության ընտրական ցուցակում ընդգրկված Տիգրան Գրիշայի Արզաքանցյանը (1-ին հերթական համար) զրկված լինի իր իրավունքների խախտումները վերակագնելու և ընտրություններին մասնակցելու հնարավորությունից։

Իսկ իշխանությունների կողմից ամեն գնով վերարտադրվելու ձգտումը դրսևորվել է նաև ընտրությունների օրը տեղի ունեցած բազմաթիվ խախտումներով։

Հիմք ընդունելով վերոգրյալը՝ Հայաստանի դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունը հայտարարում է, որ չի ճանաչում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի 2021 թվականի հունիսի 20-ի արտահերթ ընտրությունների արդյունքները։
