Մոտ ժամանակներս սպասվում է հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի ճգնաժամի կարգավորման բանակցությունների հերթական փուլը։

Ռուսական կողմի հետ քննարկումներ են ընթանում Գեղարքունիքի մարզում սահմանապահների տեղակայման վերաբերյալ, սակայն դա կարող է տեղի ունենալ այն դեպքում, եթե ադրբեջանական զորքերն ամբողջությամբ լքեն Հայաստանի տարածքը: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Ավինյանը Գյումրիում Հանրային ծառայությունների միասնական գրասենյակի բացման ժամանակ։

Նրա խոսքով ՝ Հայաստանը սահմանային ճգնաժամի հարցում իր դիրքորոշումից չի նահանջի։ Քննարկումները հակառակորդի զորքերի դուրսբերման շուրջ շարունակվում են, և մոտ ժամանակներս սպասվում է այդ բանակցությունների ևս մեկ փուլ։

«Միանշանակ ադրբեջանական ստորաբաժանումները պետք է լքեն Հայաստանի տարածքը, և մենք ջանք չենք խնայի այդ խնդիրը լուծելու համար», - ասել է նա:

Ավելի վաղ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Գնել Սանոսյանը Sputnik Արմենիային ասել էր, որ ռուս սահմանապահներն առաջիկա օրերին կտեղակայվեն Գեղարքունիքի և Սյունիքի սահմանային հատվածներում: Ավելի ուշ Գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Արտակ Դավթյանը լրագրողներին ասել էր, որ այդ առումով վերջնական որոշում դեռ չի կայացվել:

Նշենք, որ ադրբեջանցի զինվորականները մայիսի 12-ից Հայաստանի Սյունիքի մարզի Սև լճի տարածքում և Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Կութ, Նորաբակ ու Վերին Շորժա գյուղերի սահմանային տարածքներում ներխուժել են ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք ու փորձում են ամրապնդվել այնտեղ։ Ռուսական կողմի միջնորդությամբ բանակցությունների մի քանի փուլ է կայացել։ Հակառակորդն առայժմ հեռանալու մտադրություն չունի։ Հայաստանը դիմել է ՀԱՊԿ-ին և ռազմական օգնություն խնդրել Ռուսաստանից։

Ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը հայտարարում է, որ ցանկանում է խնդիրը լուծել խաղաղ ճանապարհով, բայց չի բացառում նաև ուժի կիրառման տարբերակը, եթե բանակցություններն արդյունք չտան։
