Սերժ Սարգսյանը խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել Պաշտպանության նախարարությունում

ՀՀ Նախագահ, Զինված ուժերի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատար Սերժ Սարգսյանը դեկտեմբերի 18-ին խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, նախարարության վար չական համալիրում կայացած խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցել են ՀՀ վարչապետը, պաշտպանության և ֆինանսների նախարարները, այլ պաշտոնատար անձինք, ինչպես նաև պաշտպանության նախարարության ղեկավարությունը և Զինված ուժերի հրամանատարական կազմը:
Խորհրդակցության ժամանակ ամփոփվել են 2014-2015թթ. անցկացված Պաշտպանության ռազմավարական վերանայման գործընթացի արդյունքները: Օրակարգի շրջանակներում քննարկվել են Զինված ուժերի 2016-2020թթ. զարգացման պլանն ու Սպառազինության և ռազմական տեխնիկայի զարգացման պետական ծրագիրը:
Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ներկայացվել են հնարավոր ռազմական գործողությունների վարման ձևերն ու եղանակները, Զինված ուժերի ղեկավարման համակարգն ու զարգացման հիմնական ուղղությունները, ժամանակակից սպառազինությամբ և ռազմական տեխնիկայով Զինված ուժերի շարունակական համալրման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքները: Անդրադարձ է եղել Սպառազինության և ռազմական տեխնիկայի զարգացման նախորդ՝ 2011-2015թթ. պետական ծրագրի իրագործմանը. արձանագրվել է, որ այն կատարվել է ամբողջությամբ:
Նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ հայկական բանակը գերժամանակակից տեխնիկայով լայնորեն համալրման գործընթացին համահունչ, անհրաժեշտ է նույնքան ուշադրություն դարձնել այդ տեխնիկայի օգտագործման մասնագիտական կարողությունների անընդհատ կատարելագործմանը: Հանրապետության Նախագահը հանձնարարություններ է տվել Պաշտպանության ռազմավարական վերանայման արդյունքների իրագործման վերաբերյալ` սահմանելով պլանավորման ղեկավար փաստաթղթերի կատարման վերաբերյալ հաշվետվողականության ժամկետներն ու կարգը:
Պաշտպանության նախարարության ղեկավարությունը ՀՀ Նախագահին վստահեցրել է, որ զարգացման պլանի և սպառազինության ծրագրի իրականացումը, Զինված ուժերում նոր մոտեցումների ու սկզբունքների արմատավորումը թույլ կտան զգալիորեն ավելացնել բանակի մարտական կարողությունները, ապահովել ժամանակակից չափանիշներին համապատասխան զարգացումը՝ շարունակելով իրականացնել Հայաստանի և Արցախի հուսալի պաշտպանությունը:
