Ռուսական կողմի քրգործում կա հիշատակում «սատանիզմին» հարող խմբին Պերմյակովի անդամակցության մասին. փաստաբան

Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի անդամների սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող Վալերի Պերմյակովի՝ «սատանիստ» լինելու տեղեկությունն Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդներն իմացել են միայն գործի՝ ռուսական կողմից հայկականին փոխանցելուց հետո: Տուժող կողմի շահերի պաշտպանների խոսքով` «սատանիստ» լինելու փաստը նաև որոշ չափով պարզաբանում է նրա գործողությունների շարժառիթը: Այս մասին նշեց Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդների շահերի պաշտպան, ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի անդամ Երեմ Սարգսյանը: «Մինչև հիմա մեզ համար դժվար էր հասկանալ թե ավազակային հարձակման նպատակով տուն մտնելուց հետո ինչու է նման դաժանությամբ գործողություններ կատարել՝ սպանությունները, ապա մանկահասակ երեխային սվինահարելը. ունենալով հրազեն ու փամփուշտ՝ սվին դանակով վնասներ հասցնելը: Նախաքննական փուլում չունեինք տեղեկություն այն հանգամանքի մասին, որ նա սատանիստ է, իսկ ավարտին ունեցանք, ինչը, կարծում եմ, լույս է սփռում այն ամենի վրա, թե ինչ է կատարվել»,-նշեց Երեմ Սարգսյանը՝ փաստելով, որ ռուսական կողմը այդ նյութերի վերաբերյալ ոչ բոլոր փաստաթղթերն է տրամադրել հայկականին:
«Փաստաթղթերն ամբողոջությամբ չեն տրամադրվել: Գուցե ռուսական կողմը այս մասով քննություն կատարել է, բայց դա հայկական կողմի նյութերում չկա: Դրա համար կարող ենք և պարտավոր ենք պահանջել ծանոթանալու և սպառիչ եզրահանգումներ կատարելու: Սա կարող ենք պարզել միայն քննության արդյունքում: Մեզ մոտ եղած առկա նյութերից մենք կարող ենք դա ենթադրել: Առավելապես փորձում ենք հանցագործության այս շարժառիթը բացահայտել»,-նշեց Երեմ Սարգսյանը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի այն հարցին թե ռուսական կողմի ներկայացրաց փաստաթղթերում Պերմյակովն ինչպես է բացահայտում «սատանիստ» լինելու և սոցիալական ցանցում ստեղծված հատուկ խմբին անդամակցելու փաստը՝ փաստաբանը նշեց, որ գործի մեջ՝ նախաքննական ցուցմունքում, Պերյակովը նշել է՝ «սա ձևական ստեղծված կայք է, էջը կա՝ ինքը չկա»: Գործի մեջ, սակայն, կան տվյալներ, թե ովքեր են այդ էջի անդամները, ովքեր պարտադիր պետք է հարցաքննված լինեն, պետք է պարզվի էջի ստեղծման հանգամանքը և այլն:
Դեկտեմբերի 18-ին կայացած արտագնա դատական նիստի ժամանակ Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդները նշեցին, որ գործը հայկական կողմին փոխանցելուց հետո պարզ է դարձել, որ ամբաստանյալի անունով գործող «Օդնոկլասսնիկ» սոցիալական ցանցում 2013 թվականին բացված է եղել հատուկ խումբ՝ սատանիզմին հարող, որտեղ Պերմյակովը ներկայացրել է այսպես կոչված «Պայմանագիր սատանայի հետ», որտեղ նշել է, որ սատանային կներկայացնի մի խումբ տղամարդկանց ու կանանց ու կթափի արյուն:
