ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում՝ «Ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական ցանցի անհատական էջով ուղիղ հեռարձակմամբ հայհոյանքներ և բռնության սպառնալիքներ հնչեցնելու դեպքի առթիվ քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում՝ «Մանախ» մականվամբ հայտնի Արթուր Այվազյանի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ դատարան ներկայացրած միջնորդությունը բավարարվել է:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2021թ.հունիսի 9-ին՝ ժամը 01:33-ին, Արթուր Այվազյանը համացանցի «Ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական ցանցի՝ իր անվամբ գրանցված անհատական էջի, ինչպես նաև «Հայոց ազգային բանակ» խմբի միջոցով նշված ցանցի բոլոր օգտատերերին հասանելի կարգավորմամբ ուղիղ հեռարձակում է կազմակերպել, որի ընթացքում անդրադառնալով ՀՀ-ում տեղի ունեցած մի շարք դեպքերի՝ մասնավորապես օրեր առաջ ՀՀ և ԱՀ պետական սահմանին հայ զինվորին ադրբեջանցիների կողմից ծեծի ենթարկելու դեպքին՝ հայհոյանքներ է հնչեցրել ՀՀ ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության, ՀՀ վարչապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարի և այն անձանց հասցեներին, ովքեր 2021թ. հունիսի 20-ին կայանալիք արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ընթացքում կքվեարկեն ՀՀ վարչապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարի ղեկավարած կուսակցության օգտին՝ այս կերպ կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը՝ բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով հասարակության անդամների նկատմամբ: Նշված հեռարձակման ընթացքում Արթուր Այվազյանը հնչեցրել է նաև նույն անձանց շրջանակի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքներ, որը զուգորդվել է բացառիկ ցինիզմով:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով: Վերջինս կալանավորվել է:
