Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում լարվածության ավելացումը վերջին մեկուկես տարվա ընթացքում պայմանավորված է Ադրբեջանի նավթագազային եկամուտների անկման հետ, որից մեծ կախվածություն ունի երկիրը: Սեփական ժողովրդի ուշադրությունը սոցիալ-տնտեսական ու քաղաքական ծանր պայմաններից շեղելու համար Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները սրում են լարվածությունը հակամարտության գոտում:
«Նովոստի-Արմենիա» միջազգային լրատվության գործակալության Փորձագետների ակումբի առաջին նիստի ժամանակ նման կարծիք հայտնեց Կովկասի ինստիտուտի քաղաքական հետազոտությունների դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար Սերգեյ Մինասյանը:
Քաղաքագետի դիտարկմամբ` վերջին շրջանում ավելացող լարվածությունը շփման գծում աննախադեպ է թե´ որակական, թե´ քանակական բնութագրիչների առումով: «Այս տարի մենք ունենք իրավիճակ, երբ 1994 թվականի հրադադարից հետո հակամարտության կողմերը (Ադրբեջանն առաջինն էր) օգտագործում են ծանր հրետանի, հռիթառային կայաններ: Ադրբեջանը զգալով, որ լարվածության պահպանումը արդյունքի չի բերել, փորձում է այս կերպ վերջնականապես ազդել հայկական կողմերի դիրքորոշման վրա, որը նրանց չի հաջողվում: Բայց այն, ինչ արդեն տասը տարի պարզ էր հայկական կողմի համար, դ եռ պարզ չէ Ադրբեջանում»,-ասաց Սերգեյ Մինասյանը՝ հշեցնելով, որ այս ամիս օգտագործել են նաև տանկեր:
Նա շեշտեց, որ նշյալ իրավիճակը քաղաքականության որակական փոփոխության չի բերելու, բացի նրանից, որ կարող է դրդել կողմերին նախահարձակ քայլեր կատարելու: «Հայաստանում ու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հասարակական պահանջ է ձևավորվում, որ ավելի խիստ պատասխան տրվի ադրբեջանական կողմին: Նախահարձակ գործողությունների մասին առաջիկայում կարող է խոսք գնալ»,-հավելեց քաղաքագետը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է դեկտեմբերի 19-ին Շվեյցարիայի մայրաքաղաք Բեռնում կայանալիք Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահներ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Իլհամ Ալիևի հանդիպումից ակնկալիքներին, ապա Սերգեյ Մինասյանը նկատեց, որ լուրջ սպասումներ չկան: «Միայն այն փաստը, որ մեծ դժվարությամբ հաջողվեց կազմակերպել հանդիպումը նախագահաների մակարդակով, որոշակի հույս է ներշնչում»,-եզրափակեց նա:
