Իրանը դեմ է սահմանների փոփոխությանը, այլ ոչ թե «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» բացմանը. Ադրբեջանում Իրանի դեսպան
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱդրբեջանում Իրանի դեսպան Սեյեդ Աբաս Մուսավին «Թուրան» գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում անդրադարձել է հետպատերազմյան փուլում տարածաշրջանում ստեղծված իրավիճակին:
Պատասխանելով «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» կապակցությամբ Թեհրանում հնչած քննադատությունների վերաբերյալ լրագրողի հարցին` դեսպանն ասել է, որ դրա վերաբերյալ Իրանում կարող են տարբեր կարծիքներ հնչել:
«Իրանի Գերագույն առաջնորդի հայտարարությունը հստակ ասում է, որ Իրանը դեմ է սահմանների փոփոխությանը, այլ ոչ թե դեմ է այդ միջանցքի բացմանը: Չեմ կարծում, որ տարածաշրջանում ինչ-որ մեկը կողմ է սահմանների բռնի փոփոխմանը: Մենք կողմ ենք ցանկացած միջանցքի շահագործմանը, ցանկացած երթուղով` առանց պետությունների սահմանները փոփոխելու: Այդ միջանցքի բացումը Ադրբեջանի ու Հայաստանի գործն է: Սահմանների բռնի, ռազմական կերպով փոփոխությունը կխախտի տարածաշրջանի կայունությունը, և մինչ այժմ դրա հեռանկարները տեսանելի չեն:
Նախագահ Ալիևի` տարածաշրջանում երկաթուղիները վերականգնելու առաջարկը կօգնի վերականգնել կապերն ու համագործակցությունը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև, ինչպես նաև կշահի ողջ տարածաշրջանը: Ուստի Հարավային Կովկասի երկրները, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանը, Թուրքիան և Իրանը պետք է ամեն կերպ խթանեն իրար միջև երկաթուղային, ավտոմոբիլային և այլ հաղորդակցությունների բացմանը», - ասել է դիվանագետը:
Հարցին, թե ինչպես նա կմեկնաբանի հայկական կողմի հայտարարությունները, որ Իրանը սատարում է Հնդկաստանի նախաձեռնած տրանսպորտային նախագծին, ըստ որի` Իրանի տարածքով կլինի միջանցք դեպի Հայաստան և հետագայում դեպի Եվրոպա` Մուսավին ասել է, որ պետությունները կապող ցանկացած տրանսպորտային միջանցք ձեռնտու է տարածաշրջանի երկրներին, բայց անհրաժեշտ է նայել, թե որն է առավել շահավետ:
«Այսօր առավել շահավետ և իրական է «Հյուսիս-հարավ» միջանցքը` Իրանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ... Մենք չենք մերժում այլ միջանցքները, բայց համարում ենք ամենաօպտիմալ «Հյուսիս-հարավ» միջանցքը, որը բաղկացած է երեք բաղադրիչներից` երկաթուղային, ճանապարհային և ծովային հաղորդակցություն», - ասել է դեսպանը և հավելել, որ չի կարծում` որևէ այլ միջանցք կարող է դրան այլընտրանք դառնալ:
