Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրություններում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության հաղթանակի կապակցությամբ: Ուղերձում նշված է.

Ուրախ կլինեմ Ձեզ հետ շարունակել Ձեր առաջին մանդատի ընթացքում մեր համատեղ նախաձեռնած աշխատանքը: Գիտեք, որ Ֆրանսիան հետաքրքրությամբ է հետևում Հայաստանում Ձեր ձեռնարկած բարեփոխումներին:
Ինչպես առիթ ունեցա վերահաստատելու Ձեզ ս.թ. հունիսի 1-ին Փարիզ կատարած Ձեր այցի ընթացքում, հայ ժողովուրդը ժողովրդավարության և իրավական պետության ամրապնդման իր հաստատակամության մեջ կարող է ապավինել Ֆրանսիայի լիակատար սատարմանը: Ֆրանսիայի և Հայաստանի միջև տնտեսական համագործակցությունը ևս կշարունակի ամրապնդվել: Վճռական լինելով շարունակել խոցելի բնակչություններին մարդասիրական օժանդակություն տրամադրելու իր հանձնառությունը` Ֆրանսիան միաբան է Ձեր երկրի հետ՝ օգնելու հաղթահարել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության հետևանքները Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության լիարժեք հարգման պայմաններում:
Այդ առումով ցանկանում եմ վերահաստատել Ֆրանսիայի` որպես Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրի հանձնառությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի տևական կարգավորման որոնման հարցում: Հավատացած եղեք, որ մենք հանձնառու ենք հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման քաղաքական գործընթացի վերականգնմանը, որը միակ ուղին է, որ ի զորու է երաշխավորել Հարավային Կովկասում երկարատև կայունության հաստատումը, ինչպես նաև խթանել տարածաշրջանի ժողովուրդների հետ խաղաղության, համերաշխության և բարեկամության մեր ընդհանուր արժեքները:
