«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ այս օրերին իշխանության ներսում՝ տարբեր կաբինետներում, թեժ քննարկումներ են ընթանում, թե ով որ պաշտոնը պետք է զբաղեցնի:

Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների՝ իշխանության ներսում քննարկվել է այն հարցը, որ ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանին պետք է նախապատրաստել Երեւանի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնի համար, իսկ նրա տեղում նշանակել ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արսեն Թորոսյանին:

Վերջինս ամեն գնով փորձում է Ավինյանի տեղում հայտնվել ու դրա համար ամեն քայլ անում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մոտ վստահություն ձեռք բերելու համար: ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի նոր ղեկավար հնարավոր է նշանակվի ՀՀ կրթություն, գիտության, մշակույթի եւ սպորտի նախկին նախարար, ՀՀ վարչապետի խորհրդական Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:

Ի դեպ, ըստ իշխանության ներսում շրջանառվող տեղեկությունների՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի սրտով քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանն է, որը եւս մեծ ցանկություն ունի այդ պաշտոնը իրենով անել: Այս հարցերը թեժ քննարկվում են իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների շրջանում, բայց, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, ՀՀ վարչապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը լուռ է, որեւէ մեկին դեռեւս որեւէ պաշտոն չի խոստացել, որեւէ մեկին հստակ բան չի ասել: Փաշինյանը արտախորհդարանական ուժերի հետ կոնսուլտացիաներ է անում ու թիմի հետ դեռեւս հանդիպում չի ունեցել:
