Սփյուռքի նախարարությունն ու ԵԿՄ-ն կնքել են համագործակցության հուշագիր

ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, 18 ԴԵԿՏԵՄԲԵՐԻ, ԱՐՄԵՆՊՐԵՍ: ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության և «Երկրապահ կամավորականների միություն» հասարակական կազմակերպության միջև դեկտեմբերի 18-ին կնքվել է համագործակցության հուշագիր: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության մամուլի և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, պատանի երկրապահները ԵԿՄ կենտրոնուÕ ´ ռազմահայրենասիրական երգերի ուղեկցությամբ դիմավորել են ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանին և Երկրապահ կամավորականների միության վարչության նախագահ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին:

Այնուհետև տեղի է ունեցել հուշագրի ստորագրման պաշտոնական արարողությունը, որից հետո ելույթով հանդես է եկել ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը: Ողջունելով ներականերին՝ նախարարը նշել է. «Սիրելի´ հայրենակիցներ, սիրելի´ երիտասարդներ, միջին և ավագ սերնդի երկրապահներ, այս համատեղ հուշագիրը խորհրդանշում է այն կարևոր փաստը, որ հայ երկրապահները ամենուր են, նաև Սփյուռքում: Նրանց ակտիվ մասնակցությունը Հայրենիքի շենացման, մեր պետականության կառուցման գործում դրա խոսուն վկայությունն է: Հուշագրի նպատակն է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունու մ, Արցախում և Սփյուռքում մշակել և երիտասարդության շրջանում համատեղ իրականացնել մարզամշակութային, ռազմահայրենասիրական ծրագրեր և ձեռնարկներ: Սիրելի´ երիտասարդներ, դուք պետք է համախմբվեք և Սփյուռքի հետ ձեռք ձեռք տված պահեք պահպանեք մեր Հայրենիքը: Երկրապահ է մեր ամբողջ ժողովուրդը, և եթե չլիներ այն ոգին, այն կազմակերպվածությունը, որը երկրապահից ժառանգել է նաև մեր խիզախ ու անպարտելի բանակը, կարծում եմ՝ մենք չէինք կարող հաղթանակել»:

Նախարարն իր միտքն ամփոփել է Գարեգին Նժդեհի հետևյալ խոսքերով. «Ոգին է միավորում մեզ, և մենք այդ ոգով պետք է կարողանանք հաղթել թշնամուն»:

Նախարարը մատաղ սերնդի, երիտասարդության ուսուցման և հայեցի դաստիարակության գործում ձեռք բերած հաջողությունների, մասնագիտական գործունեությամբ Հայաստանի հեղինակության բարձրացմանը և ազգային հասարակական ակտիվ գործունեություն ծավալելու համար գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին պարգևատրել է նախարարության Ոսկե հուշամեդալով:

Հայրենիք-Սփյուռք գործակցության զարգացմանը նպաստելու, Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության գործում հայ երիտասարդների դերի բարձրացման, ռազմահայրենասիրական ծրագրերի ստեղծման և դրանց իրականացմանը ակտիվ մասնակցելու համար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը եռասերունդ երկրապահի ներկայացուցիչներին հանձնեց պատվոգրեր:

ԵԿՄ վարչության նախագահ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը շնորհավորել է ստորագրված հուշագրի առթիվ և նշել, որ այս հուշագրի ստորագրումը կնպաստի հայկական Սփյուռքի համայնքային կազմակերպությունների և տեղերում գործող Երկրապահ կամավորների  միության ներկայացուցիչների համագործակցությանն ու Հայրենիք-Սփյուռք կապերի առավել զարգացմանը:

Այնուհետև Մանվել Գրիգորյանը Հայաստանի և Արցախի անկախության կերտման գործում, ինչպես նաև Հայաստան-Արցախ-Սփյուռք եռամիասնությանը իր անմնացորդ նվիրումի և արգասաբեր գործունեության համար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանին պարգևատրել է «Հայաստանի երկրապահ» հուշամեդալով և «ԵԿՄ 20» տարի հոբելյանական մեդալով:

Միջոցառման ավարտից հետո նախարարը ԵԿՄ վարչության նախագահի ուղեկցությամբ շրջայց է կատարել ԵԿՄ վարչությունում, ծաղիկներ խոնարհել Սպարապետ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի կիսանդրու առջև և այցելել Երկրապահի թանգարան:
