Քարոզարշավի ընթացքում, տարբեր հարթակներում, ինձ ամենաշատը հնչող հարցադրումներից էր՝ ինչպե՞ս եք տեսնում Արցախի հարցի կարգավորման գործընթացը, ո՞ր կետից պետք է սկսել, ի՞նչի հիման վրա և այլն։
Թվում է, թե դա մարդկանց հետաքրքրությունների առաջնային պլանում պետք է լինի, սակայն կարծում եմ, որ ոչ։
Գործող իշխանություններն իրականում Հայաստանի և Արցախի համար կարևորագույն այս հարցի մասին կամ չեն խոսում կամ ինչ-որ կցկտուր ձևակերպումներ հնչեցնում։
Իսկ հանրային պահանջ էլ չկա՝ հստակեցնելու կամ հասկանալու, թե ինչ է անելու իշխանությունն այս գործընթացի առնչությամբ։
Իշխանությունն, իհարկե, այս հարցի հետ կապված ունի դիրքորոշում, որը հրապարակային չի հնչեցնելու։
Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների տեսակետներն այս հարցում, որոշակի դետալային տարբերություններով, համընկնում են՝ Արցախի խնդիր չկա, հարցը փակված է։
