Ադրբեջանցիների կողմից օտարերկրացի լրագրողին զենքով սպառնալու դեպքով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել
SOCIETYՀայ ադրբեջանական սահմանին՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզում օրեր առաջ ադրբեջանցիների կողմից օտարերկրացի լրագրողին զենքով սպառնալու դեպքով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել։
Այս մասին հաղորդում է գլխավոր դատախազությունը։
«Հղում կատարելով ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հայտարարությանը՝ այսօր լրատվամիջոցները տեղեկատվություն էին հրապարակել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վարդենիսի տարածաշրջանում Հայաստանի պետական սահմանից 2 կիլոմետր դեպի երկրի ներսն ընկած տարածքում իր մասնագիտական գործունեությունն իրականացնող միջազգային լրագրողի աշխատանքը խոչընդոտելու, զենքով նրան սպառնալու մասին։
Ըստ ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ի և նրա հայտարարությունը հրապարակած ԶԼՄ-ների՝ դեպքը տեղի է ունեղել 2021թ. հունիսի 15-ին, երբ միջազգային լրագրողը մեկ այլ լրագրողի հետ լուսաբանման և լրագրողական այլ աշխատանքներ իրականացրելիս է եղել ՀՀ համապատասխան տարածքում՝ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողներց 100 մետր հեռավորության վրա, վերջիններս ագրեսիվ պահվածք են ցուցաբերել, լիցքավորել իրենց զենքերը և պահել լրագրողների ուղղությամբ՝ սպառնալով կրակել։ Անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներից խուսափելու նպատակով միջազգային լրագրողը դադարեցրել է աշխատանքը։ Ըստ առկա տվյալների՝ միջազգային լրատվամիջոցի լրագրողներն ունեցել են մամուլի ներկայացուցչի՝ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների համար տեսանելի տարբերանշան և պահպանել են լրագրողական աշխատանքի կանոնները:
Հրապարակումները ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի դատախազությունից ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն՝ քրեադատավարական կարգով նյութեր նախապատրաստելու և քրեական գործ հարուցելու նպատակով։
Արդյունքում ՀՀ ՔԿ Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 164-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և ընդունվել վարույթ։
