«Հայաստան» դաշինքը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում ասված է.

«Չսպասելով 2021թ. հունիսի 20-ի արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրության արդյունքների պաշտոնական հաստատմանը, հատկապես, երբ դրանք վիճարկվում են, ՀՀ ժամանակավոր ռեժիմով աշխատող գործադիր իշխանությունն ու նրան հնազանդ կամակատարներն ավելի սանձարձակ են դարձել:

Բազմաթիվ առերևույթ հանցագործություններ կատարած վարչախումբը, պետական մակարդակով անցել է քաղաքական հայացքներով պայմանավորված բացահայտ ահաբեկման և բռնաճնշումների:

«Իրավունքի և օրենքի դիկտատուրայի» մասին խոսող վարչախումբը, ոտնահարելով մարդու հիմնական իրավունքներն ու ազատությունները, թիրախավորել է հայրենիքը կործանման տանող իշխանության հայացքները չկիսող բազմաթիվ համայնքների ղեկավարների, ավագանու անդամների, հանրային ծառայողների, տնտեսական, մշակութային, գիտական, կրթական, առողջապահական գործունեություն իրականացնող անձանց: Աշխատանքից ազատելու, վերջիններիս ազատ գործելու այլ իրավունքները սահմանափակելու ապօրինի գործողությունները համակարգված և զանգվածային բնույթ են կրում:

«Հայաստան» դաշինքը հանդես է գալիս օրինականության և իրենց արժանապատվությունը հարգող անձանց աջակցության դիրքերից՝ նրանց բոլորին համարելով դաշինքի անդամ, համակիր կամ բնական դաշնակից:

Ելնելով վերոգրյալից՝

1. Պահանջում ենք ՀՀ գործադիր իշխանությունից անհապաղ դադարեցնել քաղաքական հայացքներով պայմանավորված հալածանքներն ու բռնությունները, հակառակ դեպքում, առանց այն էլ ծանրագույն վիճակում գնտվող և գոյութենական մարտահրավերներ հաղթահարող Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում իրավիճակի հետագա սրացման ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրում է ներկա վարչախումբը:

2. Պահանջում ենք Հաաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազությունից, քննչական մարմիններից, ոստիկանությունից և ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունից՝ կանխել քաղաքական իշխանությունների ցուցաբերած հանցավոր վարքագիծը, բացահայտել ու պատժել քաղաքական հայացքների հիմքով իրենց լիազորությունները չարաշահող պաշտոնյաններին:

3. Բարձր գնահատելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գործունեությունը, հրավիրում ենք միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ուշադրությունը՝ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների կողմից՝ մարդու իրավունքների և ազատությունների պաշտպանության ոլորտում երկրի ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորությունների անթաքույց ոտնահարման փաստերի վրա:

Ժողովրդագրական ճգնաժամ ապրող մեր երկրի արժանապատիվ քաղաքացիներին կոչ ենք անում չմտածել հայրենիքը լքելու մասին:

Զորավիգ ենք Ձեզ: Պատրաստ ենք ձեր հետ միասին դիմագրավել բոլոր փորձությունները, իրավական, քաղաքական, բարոյական և բոլոր ուղղություններով պաշտպանել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների իրավունքները:

Մենք միասին կարող ենք երկրում ձևավորել պատասխանատու իշխանություն և կերտել ուժեղ Հայաստան»:
