Տեղ, Արավուս, Խնածախ գյուղերի հարակից հատվածում գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներ իրականացնող մեր հայրենակիցներին ուղղված ադրբեջանական սպառնալիքները ամենատարբեր համատեքստում քննարկվեցին։
Այստեղ կա մեկ կարևոր գործոն, որը կարծում եմ անկյունաքարային է։
Գլխավոր խնդիրը շարունակում է մնալ անհրաժեշտ պաշտպանական համակարգերի բացակայությունը։
Հարցը նույնիսկ միայն մեր զինծառայողների ֆիզիկական ներկայության մասին չէ, այլ ամբողջական առումով համակարգի ու դրա տարբեր բաղադրիչների կենսունակության, արդյունավետության մասին։
Ադրբեջանցիների պահվածքը, ագրեսիան, սպառնալիք ներկայացնող վարքագիծն անհրաժեշտ համակարգերի առկայության պայմաններում առաջնային կֆիքսվեր դրա միջոցով, այլ ոչ թե տարբեր քաղաքացիական անձանց ահազանգերի, հրապարակումների կամ հեռախոսազանգերի միջոցով։
Սա ցույց է տալիս, որ նոր իրողություններով պայմանավորված սահմանամերձ համայնքի կարգավիճակում հայտնված բնակավայրերը անվտանգության առումով շարունակում են մնալ խոցելի։
Իսկ կառավարությունն այս ուղղությամբ բավարար քայլեր չի ձեռնարկում։
