Զանգվածային ջրանջատումների հարցով ՄԻՊ-ը դիմել է Վեոլիա Ջուր, ՀԷՑ և ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողով

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին հասցեագրվել են «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ՓԲ ընկերության կողմից տևական ժամանակով զանգվածային ջրանջատումների վերաբերյալ բողոքներ ու ահազանգեր։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՄԻՊ գրասենյակը:

Բողոքների ու ահազանգերի համաձայն`ջրանջատումներն իրականացվում են առանց մարդկանց այդ մասին նախապես ծանուցելու կամ ծանուցումն իրականացվել է ջրանջատումներից հետո` ուշացումներով: «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ՓԲ ընկերության պաշտոնական կայքէջում ջրանջատումների մասին տեղեկատվությունը նույնպես տեղադրվել է ուշացումով, ինչի հետևանքով քաղաքացիները չեն ունեցել ու չեն ունենում ջուր հավաքելու հնարավորություն։

Դրանից բացի, ըստ բողոքների, մարդիկ չեն կարողանում կապ հաստատել «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ՓԲ ընկերության հետ «թեժ գծի» հեռախոսահամարով ջրի մատակարարման դադարեցման պատճառների և ջրամատակարարման վերականգնման ժամկետների մասին տեղեկություններ ստանալու նպատակով։

Ուսումնասիրվել են նաև զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներում ու սոցիալական ցանցերում առկա հրապարակումներ․ մարդիկ բարձրացնում են նաև խմելու ջրի համի և որակի փոփոխության հարց։

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի դիտարկմամբ՝ անթույլատրելի է այն, որ ամռանն ու Նոր կորոնավիրուսի (COVID-19) առկայության պայմաններում մարդիկ զրկված են ջրի և սանիտացիայի հասանելիությունից և անձնական հիգիենայի կանոնները պահպանելու հնարավորությունից։

Հաշվի առնելով վերոնշյալը և այն, որ բողոքները ջրանջատումների վերաբերյալ  զանգվածային բնույթի են` Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմում նախաձեռնվել է վարույթ,  պարզաբանումներ են պահանջել «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ՓԲ ընկերությունից, ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովից, «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲ ընկերությունից։
