rossaprimavera.ru-ն «Փորձագետը բացատրել է, թե ինչպես է աշխատելու Հայաստանով միջանցքը Բաքվից Նախիջևան» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ, այսպես կոչված, Սյունիքի միջանցքը Հայաստանի տարածքով Բաքվի և Նախիջևանի միջև կարող է լինել միայն բեռնատար երկաթուղային փոխադրման ձևաչափով և ոչ ավելին: Այդ մասին ասել է Ռուսաստանի ԳԱ Արևելագիտության ինստիտուտի փոխտնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Սկակովը: «Միայն տրանսպորտային միջանցք, և ոչ այլ ինչ: Բեռնափոխադրումներ երկաթուղային ճանապարհով:
Հիշո՞ւմ եք, թե ինչպես էր Լենինը կնքված գնացքով հասել Ռուսաստան: Դա է միակ ճանապարհը: Խոսք չի կարող լինել ուղևորների որևէ փոխադրման կամ որևէ այլ բանի տեղափոխման մասին: Դա արդիական չէ», - համոզմունք է հայտնել Սկակովը: Միևնույն ժամանակ, նա չի կարծում, որ «միջանցքով» ապրանքների տեղափոխումը կհանգեցնի Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության նվազեցմանը, և դրա անվտանգության համար պատասխանատու կլինեն ռուս սահմանապահները: Արևելագետը նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանը ձգտում է հնարավորինս շահավետ կերպով փոխակերպել իր՝ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի հաղթանակը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, և ապագայում Բաքուն կձգտի էլ ավելի շատ բան ստանալ, այդ թվում՝ նա ձգտելու է ռուս խաղաղապահների դուրսբերմանը և լիակատար վերահսկողության հաստատմանը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում:
«Դե, և իհարկե, նա մտադիր է ստանալ ճանապարհ:Դա առավելագույնն է, ինչ նա ցանկանում է: Բայց այն, ինչ նա ուզում է և ինչ կստանա վերջում, իհարկե, տարբեր բաներ են», - ասել է Սկակովը: Ըստ Սկակովի, ճանապարհը լիարժեք կգործի, բայց ոչ շուտ, քան 50 տարի անց, դրա համար նոր սերունդ պետք է աճի: «Վաղ թե ուշ արծարծվելու է Ղարաբաղի ապագայի հարցը, բայց հիմա բոլորը ցանկանում են այն մի կողմ դնել և այսօր դրա մասին չմտածել», - ամփոփել է փորձագետը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Սյունիքի (կամ՝ Զանգեզուրի) միջանցքը Հայաստանի տարածքի նեղ գոտի է Իրանին սահմանակից Արաքս գետի երկայնքով, որի երկայնքով խորհրդային ժամանակներում անցնում էին երկաթգիծ և մայրուղի` կապելով Ադրբեջանի հիմնական տարածքը Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետության հետ: Այդ երթուղին միակը չէր Ադրբեջանի և Նախիջևանի միջև: Դրանից բացի, Խորհրդային տարիներին Ադրբեջանի և Նախիջևանի տարածքները միացված են եղել Զանգեզուրի միջանցքով չանցնող ևս երկու խոշոր մայրուղիներով:
