33-ամյա տղամարդը ծեծել է հորը, սպառնացել՝ նռնակով պայթեցնել. վերջինս փախել է, իսկ տղամարդը և տուն եկած ազգականը պայթյունի հետևանքով մահացել են. Ոստիկանություն

Հունիսի 26-ին, ժամը 22.15-ին, ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնում հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ Էջմիածնի Խաչատրյան փողոցի թիվ 33 տանը նռնակ է պայթել։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ոստիկանությունը:

Հաղորդումը ստանալուն պես բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը մեկնեց դեպքի վայր։ Դեպքի վայր գնացին նաև դատախազության, քննչական կոմիտեի ծառայողներ, հրշեջ-փրկարարներ ու փորձաքրեագետներ։ Հյուրասենյակում տղամարդու դի կար։ Պարզվեց ինքնությունը. Էջմիածնի Մայիսյան փողոցի բնակիչ էր, 48 տարեկան։ Վնասվածքներով «Վաղարշապատ» բժշկական կենտրոն էր տեղափոխվել նաև տան 33-ամյա բնակիչը։ Նրա վնասվածքները ևս կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի էին. կեսգիշերն անց տղամարդը մահացավ։

Օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների շնորհիվ պարզվեց հետևյալը։ Հիվանդանոցում մահացած 33-ամյա տղամարդը, ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, տանը վիճել էր 60-ամյա հոր հետ ու ծեծել նրան, ապա ննջարանից նռնակ էր վերցրել, քաշել պայթուցիչի օղակն ու հորը սպառնացել, թե կպայթեցնի նրան։ Հայրը փախել էր։ Նռնակով զինված տղամարդը տուն էր կանչել ազգականին։ Հյուրասենյակում զրուցելիս նռնակը պայթել էր, ինչի հետևանքով ազգականը՝ տեղում, իսկ ինքը հիվանդանոցում մահացել էր։ Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվեցին նռնակի մետաղական օղակն ու ինքնաձիգի փամփուշտներ: Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ։ Հանգամանքները պարզվում են։
