Երևանի բնակիչները Ձորաղբյուր գյուղում գտնվող առանձնատների չհրկիզվող պահարանից հափշտակել է 500.000 դրամ արժողության տարբեր տեսակի կենցաղային ապրանքներ
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են բնակարանային գողության դեպքեր: Այս մասին հաղորդում է ՔԿ-ն:
2021թ. ապրիլի 30-ին՝ ժամը 07:20-ի սահմաններում, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը, ուրիշի գույքի գաղտնի հափշտակություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, հարմարեցված գործիքով բացելով Կոտայքի մարզի Ձորաղբյուր գյուղում գտնվող առանձնատներից մեկի պատուհանը, ապօրինի մուտք է գործել ներս, կոտրել չհրկիզվող պահարանի դուռը, որից հետո հափշտակել է ընդհանուր՝ 500.000 ՀՀ դրամ արժողության տարբեր տեսակի կենցաղային ապրանքներ:
Բացի այդ, 2021թ. փետրվարի 3-ին Կոտայքի մարզի Քարաշամբ համայնքի Ամառանոցային կոչվող թաղամասում գտնվող տանից, անհայտ անձը տեխնիկական միջոցների գործադրմամբ կոտրելով ճաղավանդակը, ապօրինի մուտք է գործել ներս և հափշտակել հեռուստացույց, օդաճնշիչ հրացան և այլ կենցաղային իրեր՝ պատճառելով շուրջ 600.000 ՀՀ դրամի գույքային վնաս:
26.06.2021 թվականին որոշում է կայացվել նշված դեպքերով հարուցված քրեական գործերը միացնելու և համատեղ քննություն կատարելու վերաբերյալ:
Կատարված անհետաձգելի քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը, ովքեր Երևանի բնակիչներ են՝ ծնված 1989թ. և 1991թ.:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 32-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով և որպես որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին: Իսկ մյուսին՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով և նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
