INTERVIEWԱշխարհում տեղի ունեցած բոլոր պատերազմներից հետո էլ տրամադրությունները փոխվում են, մեզ մոտ ևս պատերազմը հոգեվիճակ փոխեց, հոգեկերտվածքի ամբողջությունը երկրաշարժի ենթարկվեց. մեզ մոտ մեծ անկում է ապրել հայրենատիրության գաղափարը, հիշողությունը խաթարվել է: «Արմնյուզ» ՀԸ «#ՕրաԽնդիր» հաղորդման ժամանակ նման կարծիք է հայտնել գրող, հրապարակախոս Ռոլանդ Շառոյանը:
«Նման պայմաններում, այս հոգեվիճակում, որտեղ գոյություն ունի անորոշություն, անհասկացողություն, ցուցադրական քարոզչություն, հայրենիքի հանդեպ գործնական սեր տածելու հանգամանքը ետդարձ է անում։ Մենք այս դասերը չենք քաղել նախկինում էլ, թշնամու հանդեպ ատելությունը գերակա չէ»,- ասել է մշակույթի նախկին նախարարը:
Ըստ Շառոյանի՝ պատերազմի սկզբում արդեն ակնհայտ էր, որ զինվորագրվողները հայրենիքի հանդեպ սիրով, ցավոք, չեն եռում. «Մեր զինվորն սկսեց նահանջեց։ Մտավորականությունն էլ լուռ է, քանի որ հասարակությունն էլ չլսեց նրանց։ Քիչ, բայց հետաքրքրական բարձրաձայնումներ եղան մտավորականների կողմից։ Մեր բոլոր պատերազմներում, նույն Սարդարապատում չէինք հաղթի, եթե թշնամու հանդեպ ատելություն, իսկ հայրենիքի հանդեպ՝ սեր չլիներ»:
Մտավորականի կարծիքով՝ արտաքին քաղաքականության բացն է, որ Ադրբեջանն այսօր չի որակվում իբրև թշնամի կամ անգամ հակառակորդ. «Սարսափելի անմակարդակ և տգետ արտաքին քաղաքականություն վարեցինք, արդյունքում՝ պատերազմի և մեր հայրենիքի զգալի մասը կորցնելու հետ կորցրինք նաև այն դիվանագիտական աշխարհը, որի քարտեզում Հայաստանը բավարար չափով բարեկամ երկրներ ուներ։ Ազգային գաղափարախոսությունը, պատմությունը մեր օրերում պետք է լինի Սահմանադրության հիմքը։ Էյֆորիայով երկիր կառավարելն ամենաաղետաբեր բանն է»:
Ռոլանդ Շառոյանի պնդմամբ՝ այսօր հստակ չէ՝ կա՞ ազգային գաղափարախոսություն, բայց առանց դրա չի կարելի երկիր կառուցել. «Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարն ասում է՝ կադրային ջարդ ենք անելու, մենք դրա համար մանդատ ունենք։ Ձեզնից սկսեք այդ կադրային ջարդը։ Ասում են՝ անհնազանդ համայնքապետերին հանելու ենք, մինչդեռ այդ մարդիկ ընդամենը դիմակայել են անընդունելի հրամաններին։ Երևանի քաղաքապետն էլ էր չէ՞ իրենց կադրը։ ԱԽ քարտուղարը նախ թող ինքն իր գլուխը ջարդի, հետո նոր միայն խոսի այլոց կադրային ջարդի մասին»:
Գրողի պնդմամբ՝ հայրենիքն աստվածային գաղափար է, և պետք է այն սիրել, գործնականորեն կազմակերպել պետության կյանքը: «Հայրենիքը տրված չէ մսխելու կամ սադրանքների համար։ Արցախի հյուսիսում կռված տասը տղաներ տասը տարբեր բաներ են պատմում, դա նշանակում է, որ նրանք անգամ զենք չեն տեսել։ Մի մասը նկարվել է Պարգև Սրբազանի, մյուսները՝ Սեմյոն Պեգովի հետ, և երբ քարտեզը նայում ես, պարզվում է՝ 34-40 կմ կտրել են, որ նրանց հետ նկարվե՞ն։ Այս հոգեբանությամբ՝ առանց հայրենիքի հանդեպ մեծ սիրո, նվիրվածության, անաղարտության, գործնական մտածումի, թշնամու հանդեպ տրամադվելու, ապրում ու կառավարում են»,- ամփոփել է Ռոլանդ Շառոյանը:
