«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Չնայած հունիսի 20-ին տեղի ունեցած արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններն արդեն անցյալում են, սակայն Հայաստանում անիշխանություն է տիրում, եւ երկիրը, կարծես թե, կառավարվում է իներցիայով: Այս պահին կառավարությունում բոլորը պաշտոնակատարներ են, կան գեչատեսչություններ, որտեղ հրաժարականներ են սկսվել, եւ այս պարագայում դժվար է ասել, որ կառավարությունն աշխատում է այնպես, ինչպես պետք է:
Ընդ որում, երկրում այս անիշխանության մթնոլորտը արդեն երկար ժամանակ է: 2020 թվականն առհասարակ բարդ ստացվեց Հայաստանի համար, իսկ սեպտեմբերի 26-ից հետո սկսված պատերազմը երկիրը դրեց իներցիայի մեջ, եւ այն սկսեց պարզապես չկառավարվել այս իշխանությունների կողմից: Այդ ամենին գումարվեցին նաեւ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները, քարոզարշավը, եւ իշխանություններն առհասարակ մոռացան երկիր կառավարելու մասին՝ զբաղվելով բացառապես քարոզարշավով:
Դրա վառ ապացույցն է այն հանգամանքը, որ քարոզարշավի ժամանակ կառավարության անդամների մեծ մասը, նաեւ մարզպետները գտնվում էին արձակուրդում՝ մոռանալով երկրի խնդիրների մասին: Եվ չնայած այդ ամենն անցյալում է, եւ թվում էր, թե նորընտիրները պետք է լծվեն աշխատանքի, սակայն նույն վիճակն է, ոչինչ չի փոխվել, եւ երկիրը շարունակում է կառավարվել իներցիայով, նախկին ավանդույթներով:
