INTERVIEWՊատերազմից իննը ամիս անց շարունակվում է առեղծված մնալ ինչպես Շուշիի անկումը, այնպես էլ հարցն առ այն, ի վերջո Շուշիում այդ օրհասական օրերին եղե՞լ է ի վերջո կանոնավոր բանակ, թե՞ ոչ: Բացի ԱՀ ԱԽՔ նախկին քարտուղար Սամվել Բաբայանից, ով հայտարում է.«Շուշիում ռեգուլյար զորք չի եղել», մնացած զինվորականները, ովքեր անմիջական մասնակցություն են ունեցել Շուշիում այդ օրերին տեղի ունեցող գործընթացներին` կա՛մ լռում են, կա՛մ պարզապես խուսափում են տվյալ հարցին հստակ պատասխան տալուց:
Վերոնշյալ հարցի պատասխանը ստանալու ակնկալիքով «Իրավունքը» փորձել է դիմել նաեւ Շուշիի քաղաքապետ ԱՐԾՎԻԿ ՍԱՐԳՍՅԱՆԻՆ, ով անդրադառնալով Շուշիում կանոնավոր բանակի ներկայությանը տվել է հետեևյալ պատասխանը.
-Ես կարող եմ ասել այն ինչ տեսել եմ: Ես հատկապես վերջին օրերին, երբ իրավիճակը ծայրահեղ վտանգավոր էր, թշնամին հասնում էր Շուշիի ՀՀ-ից մեծ թվով ՄՈԲ ծառայողներ են եկել Շուշի: Ինչու գիտեմ այդ մասին, որովհետեւ նրանց տեղավորման գործընթացը հիմնականում ինձ վրա էր դրված: Ես նրանց տեղավրում էի ամենատարբեր տարածքներում: Կանոնավոր բանակի մասին ոչինչ ասել չեմ կարող, չեմ տեսել, տեսել վերջին օրերին բավականաչափ թվով ՄՈԲ ծառայողներ:
-Իսկ կանոնավոր բանակի ծառայողներ, որ լինեին կտեսնեիք չէ՞:
-Ես ընդամենը մոտ քսան զինծառայող եմ տեսել առաց հրամանատարի լեռանշղթայի վրա, որոնցից մեկը անընդհատ զանգահարում էր հրամանատարին եւ հետաքրքրվում, թե երբ է գալու հրամանատարը նրանց տանի: Տեղանքն էր նկարագրում, ասում էր, որ կողքը գերեզմաններ կան: Ասեցին, որ Հադրութից են եկել: Այդքանը կարող եմ ասել` այն ինչ տեսել եմ:
