INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱՄՆ-ի և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի սադրանքը Ռուսաստանի տարածքային ջրերում չէր կարող հանգեցնել երրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի, քանի որ Արևմուտքը գիտակցում է, որ դրանից չէր կարողանա հաղթող դուրս գալ: Ինչպես նշում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն, այս մասին քաղաքացիների հետ ուղիղ կապի ժամանակ հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլաադիմիր Պուտինը:
«Նույնիսկ եթե մենք խորտակեինք այդ նավը (Defender- Խմբ.), աշխարհը երրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի շեմին չէր հայտնվի, քանի որ նրանք, ովքեր դա անում են, գիտեն, որ այս պատերազմում չեն կարող հաղթող դուրս գալ, սա շատ կարևոր բան է: Չեմ կարծում, որ մենք նույնպես ուրախ կլինեինք իրադարձությունների նման զարգացման համար, բայց գոնե մենք գիտենք, թե ինչի համար ենք պայքարում: Մենք մեր տարածքում ենք, պայքարում ենք հանուն մեզ, մեր ապագայի: Մենք չէինք, որ նրանց մոտ ենք գնացել հազարավոր կիլոմետրեր հեռավորության վրա, թռչել ենք կամ ջրով գնացել. նրանք են եկել մեր սահմանների մոտ և խախտել մեր տարածքային ծովը», - ասել է Պուտինը:
Ավելի վաղ Ռուսաստանի Պաշտպանության նախարարությունից հայտնել էին, որ ռուս զինվորականները նախազգուշական կրակ են բացել Մեծ Բրիտանիայի թագավորական նավատորմի Defender կործանիչի շարժման կուրսով, որը Սև ծովում մտել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տարածքային ջրեր:
«Էսկադրային ականակիրը նախազգուշացվել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պետական սահմանի խախտման դեպքում զենքի օգտագործման մասին: Նա չի արձագանքել նախազգուշացմանը», - ասել էին ռազմական գերատեսչությունից:
Միջադեպի առնչությամբ Մոսկվայում բրիտանական ռազմական կցորդը կանչվել էր Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարություն, հայտնում է Ռուսաստանի ռազմական գերատեսչությունը:
Հայտնի է, որ սահմանային պարեկային նավը նախազգուշական կրակոցներ է արձակել: Սու-24 Մ ինքնաթիռը նախազգուշական ռմբակոծություն է կատարել՝ 4 ռումբ նետելով Defender-ի շարժման կուրսով:
