«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ՀՀ-ում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հաջորդ օրը՝ հունիսի 21-ին, Արցախի մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտի Վերածննդի հրապարակում հանրահավաք էր կազմակերպվել նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հրաժարականի պահանջով։
Ակցիայի մասնակիցներն իրենց պահանջը պայմանավորում էին ոչ միայն արցախյան 44-oրյա պատերազմի ծանր հետեւանքներով, այլեւ ընտրություններին հաջորդող գիշերը Հարությունյանի՝ ՔՊ շտաբ այցով։ Իհարկե, քաղաքացիներն իրենց ձայնն էին բարձրացնում, սակայն նման բողոքի ակցիաներն Արցախում ոչ միայն ներքաղաքական կյանքի վրա կարող են ազդել, այլեւ վտանգներ պարունակեն արտաքին դաշտում: Պատերազմի ավարտից կես տարի անց՝ Արցախի 75 տոկոսի կորստից հետո, Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հրաժարականին նման ձեւով հասնելը կարող է անդառնալի կորուստների հասցնել Արցախին:
Այն կնշանակի նոր ու ավելի բարդ ճգնաժամ, եւ տեսակետ է շրջանառվում, թե հրաժարականից հետո հնարավոր է Արցախում այլեւս նույնիսկ ընտրություններ չանցկացվեն: Ստացվում է՝ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հրաժարականի պահանջն օրակարգ բերելով, նրա նկատմամբ անհանդուրժողականություն դրսեւորելով՝ որոշ ուժեր Արցախում փորձում են ապակայունացնել իրավիճակը:
Մինչդեռ պետք է հասկանալ՝ ինչի կարող է հանգեցնել ներքաղաքական ամբիցիաների դրսեւորումը, եւ ինչ կլինի, եթե, օրինակ, ընտրություններին ապօրինի կերպով հայտ ներկայացնի որեւէ մեկը ադրբեջանական կողմից:
Սադրանք որեւէ դեպքում չպետք է թույլ տալ, Արայիկ Հարությունյանը Արցախի նախագահ է ընտրվել 2020-ի գարնանը։ ԱՀ Սահամադրության համաձայն՝ նա գործադիր իշխանության ղեկավարն է։ Հարությունյանի պաշտոնավարման ժամկետը լրանում է 2024-ին, եւ քննադատելով հանդերձ՝ պետք է նրա լեգիտիմությունն ընդունել:
