«Հասակակիցներս ինձ ծաղրում էին». Անելյա Գուբրյանը՝ տարիներ առաջ իր հասակից բարդութավորվելու, իր գլխավոր առավելության, օրական 4–5 լիտր ջուր խմելու և չգիրանալու մասին

Դերասանուհի Անելյա Գուբրյանի հասակը 180 սմ է, քաշը՝ 63 կգ: Tert.am Life-ի հետ զրույցում դերասանուհին պատմել է չգիրանալու, լավ կազմվածք ունենալու գաղտնիքների և հասակից բարդութավորվելու մասին:

Ըստ Անելյայի՝ երբեմն, երբ երկար ժամանակ արագ սնունդ է օգտագործում, սկսում կարճատև դիետաներ պահել: «Դրանք նիհարելու նպատակ չեն հետապնդում, ուղղակի օրգանիզմս եմ թեթևացնում: Նիհարելու նպատակով երբեք դիետաներ չեմ պահել: Կազմվածքիս հետ կապված ևս խնդիրներ չեմ ունեցել, ծնողներս էլ են նիհար: Ինքս փոքրուց պարել եմ, գեղարվեստական մարմնամարզության դասերի հաճախել, հիմա էլ, երբեմն, մարզասրահ եմ գնում, բայց այդ ամենը չանելու դեպքում այնպես չէ, որ կգիրանամ: Երբեք սննդի հարցում ինձ չեմ սահմանափակել, չի եղել, օրինակ, հացաբուլկեղեն կամ քաղցրավենիք չուտեմ կամ սահմանափակեմ: Ես այն երջանիկներից եմ, որ ուտում և չեմ գիրանում»,- պատմեց նա:

Դերասանուհու խոսքով՝ ժամի հետ կապված ևս սահմանափակումներ չունի: «Քանի որ արթնանում եմ տարբեր ժամերի, ուտում եմ այն պահին, երբ ուզում եմ: Կարող եմ սոված չլինել, բայց ուտել, որովհետև զբաղվածության պատճառով հետո չեմ կարող ուտել»,- ասաց նա:

Անելյան շեշտեց, որ երկար տարիներ է՝ օրական 4-5 լիտր ջուր է խմում: «Ջուր շատ եմ սիրում: Միգուցե, դա ևս ինչ-որ չափով օգնում է, լավ մարսողությանն է նպաստում: Զովացուցիչ, գազավորված ըմպելիքներ ևս խմում եմ, բայց ոչ հաճախ: Գազավորվածները խմում եմ, երբ մարսողության համար ծանր սնունդ եմ ուտում: Գազավորված ըմպելիքները, կարծես, քայքայեն նման սնունդը: Մյուս բոլոր դեպքերում ջուր եմ խմում»,- նշեց նա:

Դերասանուհին բարձրահասակ է՝ հասակը 180 սմ է: Նա անկեղծացավ, որ մինչև 14 տարեկան նեղսրտել ու բարդութավորվել է հասակի պատճառով: «Հասակակիցներս ինձ ծաղրում էին: Նրանք ինձնից ցածր հասակ ունեին, բայց հետո սկսեցին ասել, որ հասակս շատ գեղեցիկ է»,- հիշեց Անելյան:

Դերասանուհին ընդգծեց, որ տարիներ հետո հասկացել է՝ հասակն իր առավելությունն է: «Հենց այս հասակով ինձ գեղեցիկ ու լավ եմ զգում: Այս ամենը հասկացա, երբ սկսեցի մոդելինգով զբաղվել, հաճախել մոդելային դպրոց: Մայրս միշտ զրուցում, բացատրում էր ինձ, քանի որ ինքը ևս իմ հասակն ունի: Բայց որքան էլ մայրս բացատրում էր, ես նեղսրտում էի: Սա իմ կյանքում միայն լավ հետք է թողել, դարձել եմ ավելի ինքնուրույն ու ինքնավստահ: Կարծում եմ՝ մանկության ցանկացած բարդույթ հետագայում մարդուն ավելի լավն է դարձնում»,- նշեց նա:

Անելյան նաև շեշտեց, որ հասակը երբեք չի խանգարել իրեն: «Միայն շատ է եղել, որ տարբեր նախագծերում ինձ չեն ընտրել, որովհետև իմ հասակի զուգընկեր չեն կարողացել գտնել: Բայց դա իմ մինուսը չեմ համարում»,- եզրափակեց նա:
