Արման Թաթոյանը կոչով դիմել է արցախցիներին
BLOGԱդրբեջանական իշխանությունների խուճապ առաջացնող նոր արարքների տարածում թույլ չտալու համար կոչ եմ անում Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցներին սոցիալական ցանցերի էջերից հեռացնել կամ փակել հեռախոսահամարները, հասցեներն ու այլ անձնական տվյալներ: Հորդորում եմ չպատասխանել սոցիալական ցանցերով ստացվող կասկածելի որևէ զանգի, ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը:
Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները սկսել են ահաբեկման ու խուճապ առաջացնելու կազմակերպված նոր արարքներ:
Այս եզրահանգման համար հիմք են Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի, Արցախի իրավապահ մարմինների վերջին օրերի հայտարարությունները, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ուսումնասիրություններն ու ահազանգերը:
Մասնավորապես, ադրբեջանական հեռախոսահամարներից կազմակերպված ձևով զանգահարում են Արցախում բնակվող մարդկանց հեռախոսահամարներին և առաջարկում են գնել նրանց բնակարաններն ու խանութները։ Նրանք անձնական տվյալները վերցնում են նաև մարդկանց սոցիալական ցանցերի էջերից: Ավելին, «Ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական ցանցում ակտիվացել են որոշ էջեր, որոնք ևս նպատակ ունեն հոգեբանական ճնշում գործադրել Արցախում ապրող մարդկանց վրա։
Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունն է հրավիրում ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների այս նոր վտանգավոր քաղաքականության վրա:
Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի համար ակնհայտ է, որ Արցախում ապրող հայերի նկատմամբ էթնիկ զտումների քաղաքականության մաս է։ Այն Արցախի բնակչության նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների ցեղասպան քաղաքականության դրսևորում է:
Այս տեղեկությունը Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանի (Gegham G. Stepanyan) հայտարարության հետ միասին կուղարկվի նաև միջազգային մարմիններին:
Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը ամենօրյա կապի մեջ է Արցախի գործընկերոջ հետ, իրականացվում է բոլոր տվյալների, ահազանգերի մանրամասն ուսումնասիրություն և համագործակցություն:
