Ջրային մարզաձևերի միջազգային ֆեդերացիան Հայաստանի ազգային օլիմպիական կոմիտեին պաշտոնապես տեղեկացրել է Տոկիոյի օլիմպիական  խաղերում մեր երկրի երկու լողորդների  մասնակցության մասին: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀԱՕԿ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից:

Արթուր Բարսեղյանը հանդես կգա 50 և 100 մետր ազատ, իսկ Վարսենիկ Մանուչարյանը ՝ 100 մետր ազատ լողաճերում:

Ճապոնիայում անցկացվելիք  ամառային 32 –րդ  օլիմպիական խաղերին մասնակցող  մեր մարզիկների թիվը հավասարվեց 16 –ի:

Ներկայացնենք նրանց. հունահռոմեական  ոճի ըմբիշներ Արմեն Մելիքյան / 60 կգ/, Կարեն Ասլանյան / 67 կգ /, Կարապետ Չալյան / 77 կգ /, Արթուր Ալեքսանյան / 97 կգ /, ազատ ոճայիններ Արսեն Հարությունյան  / 57 կգ / Վազգեն Թևանյան / 65 կգ /, բռնցքամարտիկներ Կորյուն Սողոմոնյան / 52 կգ / , Հովհաննես Բաչկով / 63կգ / Արման  Դարչինյան / 75 կգ /, սպորտային մարմնամարզիկ Արթուր Դավթյան, հրաձգուհի Էլմիրա Կարապետյան, ծանրորդներ  Իզաբելա Յայլյան  / 59 կգ /, Սիմոն Մարտիրոսյան / 109կգ / , ձյուդոիստ Ֆերդինանդ Կարապետյան / 73 կգ/, լողորդներ Արթուր Բարսեղյան,Վարսենիկ Մանուչարյան:

Ավելի ուշ ՀԱՕԿ-ը ևս մեկ հաղորդագրություն է տարածել.

Աթլետիկայի միջազգային ֆեդերացիան հաստատել է   կապանցի  եռացատկորդ Լևոն Աղասյանի մասնակցությունը Տոկիոյի ամառային օլիմպիական խաղերին:

Աղասյանը Թբիլիսիում անցկացված Վրաստանի բաց առաջնությունում ցույց է տվել  17 մ 16 սմ արդյունք և նվաճել օլիմպիական արտոնագիր: Նշենք ,որ այդ արդյունքը երկու սմ –ով գերազանցում է պահանջվող ցուցանիշը:

Այսպիսով  Ճապոնիայում անցկացվելիք  ամառային 32 –րդ  օլիմպիական խաղերին մասնակցող  Հայաստանի  մարզիկների թիվը հավասարվեց 17 –ի:
