ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը դեկտեմբերի դեկտեմբերի 18-ին նշեց մասնագիտական տոնը։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ազգային անվտանգության մարմինների աշխատակիցներին շնորհավորեց ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Գորիկ Հակոբյանը:
Հակոբյանը նշեց, որ 2015թ-ը, ինչպես բոլոր նախորդ տարիները, հագեցած էր զանազան իրադարձություններով, սակայն ազգային անվտանգության մարմինների համար այն առանձնահատուկ աշխատանքային տարի էր մի քանի պատճառներով: Նախ, գարնանը մեր երկիրն ու աշխարհասփյուռ հայությունը նշեցին Հայոց ցեղսապնության 100-րդ տարելիցը, որի շրջանակներում տեղի ունեցան հիշատակի բազմաթիվ միջոցառումներ: Հայաստանի տարածքում այս միջոցառումներին մասնակցեց ավելի քան 1 մլն մարդ:
«Ի պատիվ ԱԱԾ ողջ անձնակազմի եւ հատկապես օպերատիվ ստորաբաժանումների, ինչպես նաեւ հանրապետության այլ իրավապահ մարմինների, պետք է նշեմ, որ որեւէ լուրջ միջադեպ, հասարակական անվտանգության սպառնացող որեւէ իրավախախտում միջոցառումների ողջ ժամանակատվածում տեղի չունեցավ: Միաժամանակ, հարկ է նշել, որ ապրիլյան օրերին որոշ քաղաքական ուժեր անամոթաբար փորձեցին Երեւանում մարդկանց աննախադեպ զանգվածային հոսքերն օգտագործել իրենց նեղ քաղաքական նպատակների համար: Ավելորդ է նշել անգամ, թե ինչ ողբերգական հետեւանքների դա կարող էր բերել: Ու չնայած ուժերի գործադրած ջանքերին ու ծախսած ֆինանսներին, նրանց գաղափարները հայ հասարակության մոտ որեւէ արձագանք չգտան»,- հավելեց ԱԱԾ տնօրենը:
Հակոբյանի խոսքով՝ արտասահմանյան մի շարք երկրներում Ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված միջոցառումների անցկացմանը խոչընդոտելու փորձեր են կատարվել ադրբեջանական եւ թուրքական հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից՝ տեղական համայնքային կառույցների ակտիվ ներգրավմամբ: «Նրանց սադրիչ գործողությունների եւ հակահայկական ակտիվ քարոզչական նախաձեռնությունների խափանման գործում էական դեր են խաղացել ԱԱԾ գլխավոր վարչության ձեռք բերած կանխարգելիչ տեղեկությունները, որոնց շնորհիվ այդ մտադրությունները ժամանակին բացահայտվել եւ կանխվել են»,- աս աց ԱԱԾ տնօրենը:
