SOCIETYՃանապարհային ոստիկանությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 6-ից վերսկսելու է նոր կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության (COVID-19) պատճառով 2020 թվականի մարտի 16-ից հայտարարված արտակարգ դրության, ինչպես և 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին սկսված պատերազմական գործողությունների պատճառով 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ից հայտարարված ռազմական դրության հետևանքով ժամանակավորապես կասեցված ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագիր չկնքելու դեպքերի հետ կապված յուրաքանչյուր տասը օրվա համար` 5.000 դրամի չափով տուգանք նախատեսող վարչական պատասխանատվության կիրառումը։
Հիշեցնում ենք, որ
1. «Ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների օգտագործումից բխող պատասխանատվության պարտադիր ապահովագրության մասին» օրենքի 5-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ յուրաքանչյուր անձ պետք է մշտապես ունենա սեփականության իրավունքով իրեն պատկանող (ֆինանսական վարձակալության (լիզինգի) պայմանագրով իրեն տրամադրված) և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում հաշվառված յուրաքանչյուր ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցի համար կնքված և գործող ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագիր:
2. Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսգրքի 129.2-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 2-րդ մասերի համաձայն՝
- Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում հաշվառված յուրաքանչյուր տրանսպորտային միջոցի համար կնքված ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցի օգտագործումից բխող պատասխանատվության պարտադիր ապահովագրության գործող պայմանագիր չունենալը, որը տևել է ավելի քան տասը օր՝ առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում յուրաքանչյուր տասը օրվա համար` սահմանված նվազագույն աշխատավարձի հնգապատիկի (5.000 դրամի) չափով,
- Առանց տվյալ տրանսպորտային միջոցի համար կնքված ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցի օգտագործումից բխող պատասխանատվության պարտադիր ապահովագրության գործող պայմանագիր ունենալու` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում ընդհանուր օգտագործման ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհներով տրանսպորտային միջոցը վարելն առաջացնում է տուգանքի նշանակում՝ սահմանված նվազագույն աշխատավարձի հարյուրապատիկի (100.000 դրամի) չափով:
Հորդորում ենք մինչև ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագրի ժամկետի լրանալը (նոր տրանսպորտային միջոց ձեռք բերելու դեպքում՝ հաշվառումից անմիջապես հետո) կնքել նոր ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագիր, իսկ եթե տրանսպորտային միջոցը չեք շահագործում, ապա սահմանված կարգով հանձնել հաշվառման վկայագիրն ու համարանիշերը։
Հիշեցնում ենք նաև, որ ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագրեր կարող եք կնքել առցանց (on-line) եղանակով կամ այցելելով Ձեր նախընտրած ապահովագրական ընկերության կամ գործակալի գրասենյակ։
