Այսօր Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը կայունության և, որպես արդյունք, փոխադարձ բարգավաճման շանսեր ունեն: Այս մասին, ինչպես հայտնում է minval.az-ը, հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական, Ալիևի աշխատակազմի արտաքին քաղաքականության հարցերի բաժնի ղեկավար Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը:
Նա կարևորել է, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» ստեղծումը՝ պարզաբանելով, որ այն բացելով՝ կավարտվի Նախիջևանի մեկուսացումը, իսկ Երևանը ցամաքային ճանապարհով Ադրբեջանի տարածքով կկապվի Մոսկվայի և այլ երկրների մայրաքաղաքների հետ:
Ըստ Հաջիևի՝ Ադրբեջանը հույս ունի, որ այս մասշտաբային վերափոխման շրջանակում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը չի մնա անցյալում, այլ կկարողանա դառնալ ապագայի մաս. նրա փորձը կարող է կարևոր դեր ունենալ Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև վստահության ամրապնդման գործում:
«Այսօր մեզ կայունության և, որպես արդյունք, փոխադարձ բարգավաճման հնարավորություն է ընձեռվում: Մենք միմյանց ճանաչելու, միասին ավելի անվտանգ աճելու և բարգավաճելու հնարավորություն ունենք: Ի վերջո, վստահության ամրապնդման այս բոլոր միջոցառումները կարող են հանգեցնել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև վերջնական խաղաղության պայմանագրի», - ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնականը՝ հավելելով, որ «խաղաղության և համագործակցության փոխարեն ռևանշիզմի փորձերը կարող են նոր աղետի և ողբերգության հանգեցնել»:
Նա հիշեցրել է, որ հունիսին Երևանն ու Բաքուն, ըստ էության, կատարել են լարվածության թուլացման առաջին փոխադարձ քայլը. Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանին է հանձնել 15 ռազմագերիների, իսկ Հայաստանը տրամադրել է ամբողջ Աղդամի շրջանի ականապատ դաշտերի քարտեզները:
«Մենք չպետք է կանգ առնենք այս դիվանագիտական առաջընթացի վրա, և պետք է դիմակայությունը վերածենք համագործակցության: Քանի որ առջևում դեռ շատ աշխատանք ունենք», - ընդգծել է Հաջիևը` նշելով, որ Երևանը Բաքվին է հանձնել միայն մեկ շրջանի ականապատ դաշտերի քարտեզները:
