Այսօր ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայությունը դարձավ 85 տարեկան։

Ոստիկանների մի քանի սերունդ, որոնք ութ և կես տասնամյակ անվտանգ երթևեկություն են ապահովել մեր հանրապետության ճանապարհներին, բնակավայրերում, մայրաքաղաք Երևանում, իրենց ծառայությունը կատարել են բարեխիղճ ու նվիրումով` նպատակ ունենալով ապահովել երթևեկության բոլոր մասնակիցների անվտանգությունը։

Ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունը կատարելագործվել է տասնամյակների ընթացքում` համալրվելով ժամանակակից տեխնիկական միջոցներով, կապի միջոցներով, տրանսպորտով և ամենագլխավորը` ժամանակակից կադրերով, որոնք ավագներից ընդունելով լավագույն ավանդույթների էստաֆետը` միշտ գնացել են զարգացման ու կատարելագործման։

Այսօր ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունը կատարելագործման նոր փուլում է` վերակազմավորվելով պարեկային ծառայության, որը, համոզված եմ, նույնպես լավագույն ավանդույթների ու զարգացման գործընթացի կրողը կլինի։

Մի քանի օրից Երևան քաղաքի ճանապարհային ոստիկաններին փոխարինելու կգան պարեկայինները՝ ապահովելով երթևեկության արդիական աստիճան ու որակ։

Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում մայրաքաղաքի ճանապարհային ոստիկաններին ծառայության համար ու մաղթում հետագա ծառայողական ձեռքբերումներ։

Շնորհավորում ու շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում բոլոր ճանապարհային ոստիկաններին պրոֆեսիոնալ աշխատանքի համար և մաղթում արդյունավետ գործունեություն` ծառայության զարգացման արդի փուլում։
