ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարությունը շրջանառության մեջ է դրել վարչապետի որոշման նախագիծ, որով առաջարկվում է e-gov.am կայքում հրապարակվող պետական աշխատակիցների գործուղումների վերաբերյալ հաշվետվությունների կառուցվածքում կատարել փոփոխություններ, մասնավորաբար, հաշվետվության կառուցվածքից հանել գործուղման նպատակը, քննարկված թեմաները, հանդիպումները, ելույթները, հանդիպման ժամանակ ընդունված որոշումները և առաջարկությունները: Պատճառաբանության մեջ նշված է, որ հաշվետվությունում ներկայացվող տեղեկատվությունը կարող է առաջացնել ռիսկեր ՀՀ պետական շահերի սպասարկման տեսանկյունից:

«Որոշման փոփոխությունը նպատակ ունի կանխել վերջին պատերազմով պայմանավորված անձնական և պետական տվյալների արտահոսքի հետ կապված առաջացած նոր ռիսկերը, ինչպես նաև թույլ չտալ այդ տեղեկատվությունը օգտագործել տարբեր տնտեսական և քաղաքական վերլուծություններում ի վնաս ՀՀ պետական շահի»,- նշված է մեկնաբանության մեջ: Այս նախագիծը, մեղմ ասած, միանշանակ չի ընդունվել մասնագիտական շրջանակների կողմից: Նրանք ռիսկեր են տեսնում մասնավորաբար աշխատանքի թափանցիկության, ինչպես նաև հանրային ռեսուրսների ծախսման և արդյունավետության նկատմամբ հանրային վերահսկման առումով: Որոշ փորձագետների համոզմամբ, տեղեկատվության սահմանափակումը պետք է կարգավորվի բացառապես օրենքով
