Թևակոխում ենք հետընտրական իրականություն, որտեղ հատկապես կարևորվելու է ԲՀԿ-ի դերակատարությունը

Այսօր տեղի է ունեցել վարչապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումը ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ։
 
Առաջին հայացքից կարող է թվալ, թե այն տեղավորվում է՝ արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչների հետ Փաշինյանի ունեցած հանդիպումների համատեքստում։
Ֆորմալ առումով՝ գուցե այդպես է, բայց Փաշինյան-Ծառուկյան այսօրվա հանդիպումը ավելի փոխկապակցված է երեկ տեղի ունեցած մեկ այլ իրադարձության հետ։
Երեկ Մոսկվայում Փաշինյանին ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը։ Այս հանդիպումը բազմաշերտ էր և ուներ թե արտաքին ու ռեգիոնալ և թե ներքաղաքական համատեքստ։
 
Ռուսաստանի նախագահը՝ որպես մեր երկրում և մեր տարածաշրջանում մեծ ազդեցություն ունեցող առաջնորդ, ըստ էության՝ ամփոփեց հայաստանյան ընտրությունների ցիկլի ավարտը՝ հայտնելով հետընտրական Հայաստանի հետ սերտ համագործակցելու և միասնական օրակարգ ձևակերպելու անհրաժեշտությունը։
 
Ահա, այս համատեքստում միանգամայն այլ բովանդակություն է ստանում Փաշինյան-Ծառուկյան հանդիպումը, եթե հաշվի առնենք այն հանգամանքը, որ Ծառուկյանն ու ԲՀԿ-ն համարվում են ռուսաստանյան էլիտային շատ մոտ կանգնած քաղաքական ուժ, որի պոտենցիալը շատ կարևոր է հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններն որակապես նոր մակարդակի հասցնելու համար։
 
Սա չի նշանակում, որ ԲՀԿ-ն դադարում է ընդդիմադիր ուժ լինել, սա ուղերձ է այն մասին, որ քարոզարշավի ժամանակ արտաքին քաղաքականության ռուսական հատվածի ուղղությամբ  ամենառացիոնալ օրակարգով հանդես են եկել ԲՀԿ-ն Ծառուկյանը ու հիմա եկել է այդ օրակարգը կապիտալիզացնելու անհրաժեշտությունը։
 
Այլ խոսքով՝ թևակոխում ենք հետընտրական իրականություն, որտեղ հատկապես կարևորվելու է ԲՀԿ-ի դերակատարությունը՝ որպես ուժ, որը մի կողմից, հանդես է գալիս ներհայաստանյան համերաշխության օրակարգով, մյուս կողմից՝ առանցքային նշանակություն է տալիս հայ-ռուսական ռազմավարական գործընկերության ինստիտուցիոնալ զարգացմանը։
