Ինչու են Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանին հեռացրել «տարվա լավագույն մարզպետ»-ի թեկնածուների ցուցակից

«Չորրորդ իշխանություն» թերթը գրում է. «Լրատվամիջոցների տեղեկությունների համաձայն, Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանին հեռացրել են «տարվա լավագույն մարզպետ» անվանակարգի թեկնածուների ցուցակից: Պարզվել է, որ առցանց քվեարկության ընթացքում նրա օգտին քվեարկածների IP-ների մեծ մասը գրանցված են Մոզամբիկում, Նիգերիայում, Բանգլադեշում եւ այլ «էկզոտիկ երկրներում»:
«ՉԻ» - Եթե այս տեղեկությունները համապատասխանում են իրականությանը՝ Հայաստանը հանգիստ կարող է գրանցվել Գինեսի ռեկորդների գրքում որպես աշխարհի միակ երկիր, որտեղ արջերը տիրապետում են համակարգչային տեխնիկային եւ ծառայություններ են մատուցում նաեւ օնլայն քվեարկությունների ժամանակ:
Չնայած՝ չի բացառվում նաեւ, որ ոչ մի կեղծիք էլ տեղի չի ունեցել: Պարզապես Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի համբավը հասել է նաեւ Մոզամբիկ, եւ այնտեղ զարմանքով պարզել են, որ նա մարդկանց ծեծելուց կամ «ինքնապաշտպանվելուց» հետո զոհերին չի ուտում: Այդքանից հետո մոզամբիկցիները, բնականաբար, պիտի նրան «տարվա լավագույն մարզպետ» հռչակեին:
Իսկ երրորդ տարբերակ պարզապես չկա: Որեւէ մեկի մտքով, բնականաբար, չի կարող անցնել, որ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանն ինքն է կազմակերպել իր օգտին ընտրակեղծիքների իրականացնելը: Նա ո՜ւր, ընտրակեղծիքներն ո՜ւր»:
