ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ն աշխատանքային խումբ է գործուղել Սյունիք

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին ներկայացվել են բողոքներ, որ վերջին օրերին Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիս համայնքի տարբեր բնակիչների իրավապահ մարմինները բերման են ենթարկում և հարկադրում տալ իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող ցուցմունքներ:
ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ը տեղեկացնում է, որ այս մասին առկա են նաև հրապարակումներ համացանցում, որոնք կուղարկվեն ՀՀ դատախազություն՝ քննության նպատակով։
Ըստ բողոքների՝ տարբեր ժամանակահատվածում, այդ թվում՝ 2021 թվականի ընթացքում, բնակիչները համայնքային մարմիններից ստացել են սոցիալական աջակցություն, սակայն իրավապահ մարմինները, այդ թվում՝ Ոստիկանության ծառայողները, իրենց առանց հիմքերի բերման են ենթարկում Ոստիկանություն, զրկում են ազատությունից ժամեր շարունակ, հարկադրում են տալ ուղղորդված ցուցմունքներ այն մասին, որ Գորիս խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավարը, Քարահունջ, Որոտան բնակավայրերի ղեկավարներն իրենց սոցիալական աջակցությունը տվել են որպես ընտրակաշառքներ:
Ահազանգեր կան նաև այն մասին, որ բնակիչներին ստիպում են տալ ցուցմունքներ մի շարք այլ հարցերի վերաբերյալ ևս:
Բնակիչների պնդմամբ՝ իրենց մշտապես ստացել են սոցիալական աջակցություն, և դրանք որևէ առնչություն չունեն ընտրությունների, ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարին կամ այլ քաղաքական ուժի ղեկավարի օգտին քվեարկելու կամ չքվեարկելու հետ:
Ըստ ահազանգերի՝ հատկապես ճնշումներ են գործադրում կանանց նկատմամբ, տրվում են իրավապահ մարմինների պահանջած ցուցմունքները չներկայացնելու համար իրենց կամ ամուսիններին Երևան տեղափոխելու, ձերբակալելու կամ կալանավորելու սպառնալիքներ:
Նկատի ունենալով բողոքներն ու ահազանգերը՝ ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից խումբ է գործուղվել Սյունիքի մարզ՝ բնակիչների իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցերը տեղում ստուգելու, անհրաժեշտ հանդիպումներ ունենալու և միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու նպատակով:
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հանձնարարությամբ՝ այցեր կիրականացվեն նաև կալանավորված՝ Քարահունջ, Որոտան վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին: Այց կիրականացվի նաև Քաջարան համայնքի ղեկավարին՝ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ:
