«Օրենքով գողն» ինքնաթիռում կերել է անձնագիրը և խափանել արտաքսումը Վրաստան
SOCIETYՈւկրաինայի ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներին չի հաջողվել արտաքսել «օրենքով գող» Ավթանդիլ Կոբեշավիձեին՝ Ավտո Կոպալա մականունով, քանի որ նա կերել է իր անձնագիրը, հայտնում է Detective-Info- ը:
Հուլիսի 10-ին հեղինակությունը պետք է վտարվեր Վրաստան, այլ ոչ թե Ռուսաստան, որտեղ նա հետախուզվում էր 2019 թվականից:
Կոբեշավիձեն առաջինն էր նստել ինքնաթիռ, որը տեղական ժամանակով ժամը 07:30-ին պետք է թռներ Բորիսպիլից Բաթումի: Սակայն վայրէջքից անմիջապես հետո նա կերավ իր անձնագիրը: Մինչ իրավապահները որոշում էին, թե ինչ անել, մնացած ուղեւորներին թույլ չէին տալիս նստել ինքնաթիռ: Նրանց սպասասրահում պահել են 24 ժամ՝ չբացատրելով թռիչքի հետաձգման պատճառները: Մարդկանց չի տրամադրվել հյուրանոց, ջուր եւ սնունդ:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Ավտո Կոպալային, ապա կերած փաստաթղթի պատճառով նրա արտաքսումը ձախողվել է: Սահմանապահները չեն կարող առանց անձնագրի նրան վերադարձնել Ուկրաինա, ինչպես նաեւ՝ մեկ այլ չվերթով ուղարկել Վրաստան:
2021-ի հուլիսի 8-ին ուկրաինական դատարանը որոշում կայացրեց նրան տնային կալանքով ազատելու մասին, քանի որ գործի նյութերում ապացույցներ չէր գտել առ այն, որ Կոբեշավիձեն օրենքով գողի կարգավիճակ ունի: Ինչպես հայտնի էր դարձել, հեղինակությունը նախնական կալանքի կենտրոնից դուրս էր եկել հանցավոր աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչներից ուկրաինական հատուկ ծառայություններին տրված 300 հազար դոլար գումարի կաշառքի շնորհիվ:
Ռուսաստանում ՌԴ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 210.1 հոդվածի հատկանիշներով («Քրեական հիերարխիայում ամենաբարձր պաշտոնի գրավումը») հետախուզվող Ավտո Կոպալան ձերբակալվել էր Օդեսայում 2020 թվականի գարնանը:
