Հայաստանն անընդունելի է համարում Ադրբեջանում հավատարմագրված դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչների այցելությունն Արցախի օկուպացված տարածքներ. ՀՀ ԱԳՆ
POLITICSՀուլիսի 9-10-ը Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի օկուպացված տարածքներ կազմակերպված այցելությանը որոշ երկրների դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցության առնչությամբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարություն են հրավիրվել համապատասխան դիվանագիտական առաքելությունների ղեկավարները։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից:
Դեսպաններին է փոխանցվել նրանց երկրների կառավարություններին ուղղված հայտագրեր, որտեղ, մասնավորապես, նշվել է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը բացարձակապես անընդունելի է համարում Ադրբեջանում հավատարմագրված դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչների այցելությունն Արցախի օկուպացված տարածքներ, այդ թվում՝ Հադրութ և Արցախի պատմական կենտրոն՝ Շուշի քաղաք, որոնք ենթարկվել են էթնիկ զտումների, իսկ բնակչության նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից իրագործվել են պատերազմական հանցագործություններ և զանգվածային ոճրագործություններ։ Ընդգծվել է, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները նմանատիպ միջոցառումներով փորձում են օրինականացնել Արցախի ժողովրդի դեմ իրականացված ագրեսիան և ամրապնդել հակամարտությունն ուժի կիրառմամբ լուծելու սեփական պնդումները։
Բոլոր հանդիպումների ընթացքում շեշտվել է, որ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչների ներգրավվումը նմանօրինակ այցելություններին հակասում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և տվյալ երկրների միջև ձևավորված համագործակցության ոգուն, ինչպես նաև՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության դիրքորոշմանը։ Այս տեսակետից Հայաստանը հաստատակամորեն կոչ է անում ձեռնպահ մնալ ցանկացած գործողություններից, որոնք կարող են արդարացնել ուժի կիրառումը և դրանով իսկ խաթարել տարածաշրջանային խաղաղությունն ու անվտանգությունը։
Ուժի կիրառումը և զանգվածային ոճրագործությունները չեն կարող լուծել ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը, որի կարգավորումը հնարավոր է միայն բանակցությունների միջոցով՝ միջազգային մանդատ ունեցող միակ ձևաչափի՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակներում։
Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը նախաձեռնել է նաև քայլեր՝ հասցնելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վերոնշյալ դիրքորոշումը համապատասխան այն երկրների մայրաքաղաքներին, որոնք իրենց դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունները Հայաստանում հավատարմագրել են համատեղության կարգով։
