«Վատ խաղաղությունը լավ պատերազմից լավ է». Անդրեյ Բելյանինովը՝ Հայաստանի և հետպատերազմյան իրավիճակի մասին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԵվրասիայի ժողովուրդների ասամբլեայի գլխավոր քարտուղար, ՌԴ վաստակավոր տնտեսագետ Անդրեյ Բելյանինովը ուրախ է, որ Հայաստանը քաղաքական կայունություն է ձեռք բերում նախորդ տարվա պատերազմից և դրան հաջորդած իրադարձություններից հետո: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Բելյանինովը «Sputnik Արմենիա» մուլտիմեդիոն մամուլի կենտրոնում տեղի ունեցած Մոսկվա-Բիշքեկ-Երևան-Մինսկ-Նուր-Սուլթան տեսակամուրջի ընթացքում ասել է, որ ժամանակը ցույց կտա, թե ի՞նչ դժվար և սուր հարցերի մասին էր խոսում Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հուլիսի 7-ին Մոսկվայում Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպմանը:
Անդրեյ Բելյանինովը առաջին հերթին կարևորել է ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցումը՝ նշելով, որ թեև վիճակն այնքան էլ կայուն և գոհացուցիչ չէ, բայց ինչպես ասում են՝ «վատ խաղաղությունը լավ պատերազմից լավ է»:
«Ես շատ ուրախ եմ, որ Հայաստանը քաղաքական կայունություն է ձեռք բերում վերջերս տեղի ունեցած ռազմական գործողությունների ֆոնին: Բայց մյուս կողմից, միևնույն է, խաղաղությունը շատ ավելի լավ է, քան նման հակամարտությունը: Կարծում եմ՝ ժամանակը ցույց կտա: Առայժմ շատ թարմ են տպավորությունները այն իրադարձություններից, որոնք ցնցեցին այս երկու երկրները՝ Հայաստանը և Ադրբեջանը: Ես ուրախ եմ, որ խաղաղություն է հաստատվել, քանի որ մենք մեր ասամբլեայի աշխատանքների շրջանակներում լսել ենք կողմերի տեսակետները, և ըստ էության՝ բոլորն էլ գալիս էին նույն մտքին, որ «տղերք, եկեք նստենք սեղանի շուրջ և պայմանավորվենք», քանի որ պատերազմը ոչ մի լավ բանի չի բերի», - ասել է Անդրեյ Բելյանինովը:
Ռուսաստանցի տնտեսագետը նաև նշել է, որ Հայաստանը առաջին հերթին պիտի մեծացնի իր բնակչության թիվը:
