Ինչո՞ւ, ինչպե՞ս ստացվեց՝ Արտակ Դավթյանը շրջանցեց պատերազմի պատասխանատվությունը, Գասպարյանը՝ քավության նոխազ. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. 2020 թվականի հուլիսյան դեպքերի եւ սեպտեմբերյան 44-օրյա պատերազմի արդյունքում, այսպես ասած, քավության նոխազ դարձավ ՀՀ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ Օնիկ Գասպարյանը:
Ինչպե՞ս. փորձենք իրադարձությունները միմյանց հետ շաղկապելով վերհիշել ու վերլուծել: Արտակ Դավթյանը Գլխավոր շտաբի պետի պաշտոնից ազատվեց 2020 թվականի հունիսի 8-ին եւ նույն օրն այդ պաշտոնին նշանակվեց Օնիկ Գասպարյանը: Պաշտոնապես մեկնաբանվել էր, որ Արտակ Դավթյանի առանձնատանը կորոնավարակի խիստ կարանտինի պայմաններում տեղի է ունեցել նրա որդու հարսանիքը՝ մի քանի տասնյակ մարդկանց մասնակցությամբ, եւ դա է հիմք հանդիսացել նրան այդ փուլում աշխատանքից ազատելու համար:
Բայց ուշագրավ էր այն, որ այդ հարսանիքի մասին նախապես տեղյակ է եղել նույն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը. նա նախապես գիտեր, որ լինելու է Արտակ Դավթյանի որդու հարսանիքը, եւ հետագայում պարզվեց, որ նրան ազատելու պատճառներն իրականում այլ էին, քան հարսանիքի կազմակերպումը: Եվ Օնիկ Գասպարյանին այդ պաշտոնում նշանակելուց ընդամենը մեկ ամիս չորս օր անց սկսվեցին Տավուշյան դեպքերը, երբ պաշտոնապես պարզաբանվեց, որ հուլիսի 12-ի առավոտյան ադրբեջանական կողմից ՈՒԱԶ մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Ադրբեջանի սահմանապահ ուժերի զինծառայողները փորձել են մոտենալ հայկական զինված ուժերի դիրքերին: Այդ փոքրիկ միջադեպից պատվով դուրս եկանք, իսկ, ահա, սեպտեմբերյան դեպքերը, երբ սկսվեց 44-օրյա պատերազմն Արցախում, մենք պարտվեցինք:
Գասպարյանին իրավունքի ուժով հեռացրին աշխատանքից բավականին կասկածահարույց հանգամանքներում: Եվ, ահա, այդ ամենից հետո, երբ Գասպարյանն իր ազատումը վիճարկում էր դատարանում, կրկին Արտակ Դավթյանը «մաքուր» վերանշանակվեց նույն ԳՇ պետի պաշտոնում: Այսքանից հետո տրամաբանական հարց է առաջանում՝ ինչո՞ւ, ինչպե՞ս ստացվեց՝ Արտակ Դավթյանը շրջանցեց պատերազմի պատասխանատվությունը:
