ԱԱԾ-ն հայտնում է նոր բացահայտման մասին
POLITICSԱԱԾ տեղեկատվական անվտանգության և կառավարական կապի գլխավոր վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական՝ մեծածավալ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչներ Գ.Ա-ն և Մ.Բ-ն ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատերերից խարդախությամբ գումարներ հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ միավորել են իրենց ջանքերը, ձևավորել կազմակերպված կայուն խումբ, մշակել են հանցավոր սխեմա՝ նպատակ ունենալով խաբեության կամ վստահությունը չարաշահելու եղանակով տարբեր անձանցից հափշտակել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գումարներ:
Հիշյալ անձինք 2021 թվականի մարտից մինչև հուլիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում «Ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական ցանցում տարբեր օգտատերերի տվյալներով գրանցել են կեղծ անհատական էջեր, որոնց կեղծ լինելու հանգամանքը քողարկել են վերջիններիս էջերից ներբեռնված լուսանկարներով և այլ անհատական տվյալներով՝ այդ կերպ նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստեղծելով չբացահայտվելու և հանցագործության կատարումը հեշտացնելու համար:
Այնուհետև, հիշյալ կեղծ էջերի միջոցով շուրջ 40 օգտատերերից գումարներ հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ «Մեսենջեր» հավելվածով նամակագրություն են վարել վերոնշյալ օգտատերերի հետ և, որպես պատրվակ օգտագործելով զինվորական ծառայության մեջ գտնվող անձանց գումարներ փոխանցելու՝ նրանց մոտ առկա ցանկությունը, կարողացել են ազդել վերջիններիս կամքի ու գիտակցության վրա, ինչի արդյունքում կազմակերպված խմբի անդամները խարդախությամբ տարբեր անձանցից հափշտակել են առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ ընդհանուր շուրջ 4.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ. գումարները «Թելսել» վճարային տերմինալի միջոցով փոխանցվել են կազմակերպված խմբի անդամների մատնանշած և նրանց կողմից փաստացի տնօրինվող «Քիվի» վճարային համակարգի տարբեր էլեկտրոնային դրամապանակներին, ապա կանխիկացվել:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում կազմակերպված խմբի անդամները հանցանք կատարելու մեջ անմիջականորեն ծագած կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են, նրանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով նախատեսված հանցագործության կատարման համար, իսկ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:
ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն զգուշացնում է՝ զերծ մնալ կասկածելի գործարքների միջոցով նմանատիպ եղանակով գումարներ փոխանցելու գործելաոճից և ըստ այդմ չհայտնվել խարդախության զոհի կարգավիճակում:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
