Պատգամավորների հավելավճարների հարցով աղմկահարույց նախագիծն ամբողջությամբ ընդունվեց
POLITICSԽորհրդարանը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց այսօր արտահերթ նիստին քննարկված և առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունված հարցերը՝ «Պետական տուրքի մասին», «Պետական պաշտոններ և պետական ծառայության պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձանց վարձատրության մասին» և «Վարչական իրավախախտումների մասին» օրենքներում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագծերը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ «Պետական տուրքի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին նախագծով առաջարկվում է արտահանման լիցենզիոն տուրք սահմանել պղնձի, մոլիբդենի խտանյութի համար՝ գործող շուկայական գնի 15%-ի չափով:
«Պետական պաշտոններ և պետական ծառայության պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձանց վարձատրության մասին» օրենքներում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին նախագծով առաջարկվում է պատգամավորների պատգամավորական գործունեության հետ կապված ծախսերի ամսական գումարն ավելացնել՝ սահմանելով 250.000 դրամ:Նախագիծն այսօր ընդունվեց միաձայն:
«Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքում» փոփոխությունների նախագծով նախատեսվում է Աշխատանքի և առողջապահական տեսչական մարմնի բնականոն գործունեությունն ապահովելու համար համապատասխան նախադրյալներ ստեղծել և տեսչական մարմինի կողմի քննվող վարչական իրավախախտումների շրջանակը հստակեցնել:Նշենք, որ նախագծերի քննարկմանը մասնակցում էր միայն իշխող «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունը, իսկ ընդդիմադիր «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» և «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցությունները նիստին ներկա չէին:
