«Երեկ խորհրդարանն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց աղմկահարույց օրենքի նախագիծը, որով իշխանական պատգամավորներն առաջարկում են հնգապատկել պատգամավորի գործունեության համար սահմանված ամսական 50 հազար դրամ փոխհատուցումը՝ դարձնելով 250 հազար։ Իշխանական պատգամավորները ջանասիրաբար փորձում էին համոզել, որ 50 հազար դրամը քչություն է անում, պատգամավորները չեն կարողանում մարզեր այցելել, ծանոթանալ բնակիչների խնդիրներին և այլն։ Մինչդեռ մենք հիշում ենք, որ անգամ պատերազմի ժամանակ իմքայլականների Արցախ մեկնումը ձևակերպվում էր որպես գործուղում, և բյուջեից էին ապահովում թե՛ ճանապարհի, թե՛ գիշերակացի ու հյուրանոցային ծախսերը։ Ավելին՝ անգամ սյունեցի պատգամավորներն իրենց հայրենի մարզ այցելությունները ձևակերպում էին որպես գործուղում, և պատգամավորները սեփական գրպանից ծախս չէին անում։

Ուշագրավ է, որ այս նախագծին կողմ չքվեարկեցին որոշ իմքայլական պատգամավորներ, հիմնականում նրանք, ովքեր դուրս են մնացել ՔՊ ցուցակից և այլևս պատգամավոր չեն լինելու՝ Եղիշե Սողոմոնյան, Աննա Կարապետյան, Արտակ Մանուկյան, Արթուր Մանուկյան, Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյան։ Նրանք ներկա էին դահլիճում, բայց չքվեարկեցին: Իսկ Կոտայքից ընտրված Լիլիթ Ստեփանյանը թեպետ լինելու է հաջորդ խորհրդարանում, սակայն կրկին բոյկոտեց քվեարկությունը: Ներկա գտնվելով հանդերձ՝ քվեարկությանը չմասնակցեցին նաև անկախ դարձած մի շարք երբեմնի իմքայլականներ՝ Գոռ Գևորգյանը, Վարդան Աթաբեկյանը, Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանը։ Դեմ քվեարկած միակ պատգամավորը Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանն էր։ Ուշագրավ է, որ չնայած «Հայաստան» դաշինքի անդամ, գործող պատգամավոր Աննա Գրիգորյանը խորհրդարանում էր, սակայն նույնպես չմասնակցեց քվեարկությանը։ 3 պատգամավոր էլ «Լուսավորից» էր ներկա, բայց նրանք էլ չքվեարկեցին։ Օրինագիծն անցավ 70 կողմ ձայնով»,-գրում է թերթը։
