Սահմանադրական դատարանը որոշել է իր անկազմակերպվածություն ու թափթփվածությունն ապացուցել մինչև վերջին պահը։ 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին լրանում է օրենքով սահմանված վերջնաժամկետը, ըստ որի դատարանը պարտավոր է հրապարակել ՀՀ ԱԺ ընտրությունների արդյունքների բողոքարկման վերաբերյալ որոշումը։ Որոշման հրապարակման վերջնաժամկետի օրվա, ժամը 10․00-ի, դրությամբ Սահմանադրական դատարանը ոչ միայն չի հրապարակել որոշումը, այլև նույնիսկ տեղեկատվություն չի տարածել այդ հրապարակման ժամի վերաբերյալ։
2020 թվականի հունիսից Սահմանադրական դատարանում հաստատված ճգնաժամը ձեռք է բերել նոր դրսևորում՝ ինտելեկտուալ։ Այլևս փաստ է, որ որոշման ընդունման օրվա դրությամբ Սահմանադրական դատարանում գործող զեկուցող դատավոր Էդգար Շաթիրյանի, դատարանի նիստերը նախագահող Արման Դիլանյանի և դատարանը փաստացի ղեկավարող Վահե Գրիգորյանի ինտելեկտուալ կարողությունները չեն բավարարում, անգամ ՍԴ աշխատակազմի մասնագիտական աջակցության պայմաններում, ձևակերպել մի քանի օր շարունակ տեղի ունեցած դատական նիստի արդյունքներով վերջնական որոշում։
Հատկանշական է, որ նախկինում, ընտրական վեճերի հետ կապված դատարանը հրապարակել է որոշման ամբողջական տեքստերը։ Այս դատարանի հրապարակումից պարզ կդառնա, թե նրանք ի վիճակին են եղել այսքան ուշացումից հետո, գոնե ամբողջական տեքստ հրապարակել, թե կբավարարվեն միայն եզրափակիչ մասի հրապարակմամբ։
Այս ամենով հանդերձ Սահմանադրական դատարանը մինչ այս պահը կոչվում է Բարձր դատարան, կպահպանի՞ նա իր այդ կարգավիճակը մինչև օրվա վերջ պարզ կդառնա հրապարակվելիք որոշման բովանդակությունից։
