Անհրաժեշտ է ձեռնպահ մնալ ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանությունից. Շառլ Միշելը՝ Ալիևի հայտարարությունների մասին

Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելն անդրադարձել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հայտարարություններին, ով մի կողմից խոսում է խաղաղության մասին, մյուս կողմից հանդես է գալիս Հայաստանի տարածքների նկատմամբ հավակնությունների մասին հռետորաբանությամբ:
«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Երևանում ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ բանակցություններից հետո կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում Շառլ Միշելը պատասխանելով «Արմենպրես»-ի այն հարցին, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը մի կողմից խոսում է խաղաղության մասին, մյուս կողմից տեսնում ենք Հայաստանի տարածքների նկատմամբ հավակնությունների մասին հայտարարություններ, արդյոք հակասություններ չե՞ն տեսնում այստեղ, և ի՞նչ անելիք ունի Եվրոպան, Միշելը շեշտեց, որ անհրաժեշտ է ձեռնպահ մնալ ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանությունից, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի անդրադառնալ բոլոր բաղադրիչներին և տարրերին, որոնց անհրաժեշտ է անդրադառնալ:
«Ես վաղը նաև հանդիպում ունեմ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ, և ես կփորձեմ տեսնել, թե ինչ կառուցողական և դրական դեր կարող է խաղալ Եվրոպական Միությունը՝ սատարելու Մինսկի խմբին և նաև մեր փորձառությունը ի սպաս դնելու:
ԵՄ պատմությունը նույնպես հիմնված է նախկին հակամարտությունների հաղթահարման վրա: Բայց այդ նախկին հակամարտությունների հաղթահարումից հետո շատ լուրջ առաջընթաց եղավ ԵՄ մակարդակով: Մենք հաջողեցինք:
Սկզբում դա հեշտ չէր, մենք կարողացանք քայլ առ քայլ առաջընթաց արձանագրել՝ կառուցելու համար այս եզակի քաղաքական ծրագիրը՝ հիմնված փոխադարձ հարգանքի և համագործակցության վրա»,- մանրամասնեց Միշելը:
Անդրադառնալով տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության խթանմանը նա, մասնավորապես, խոսեց տրանսպորտային սեկտորի խնդիրների մասին:
«Ես գիտեմ, որ կան երկաթգիծը ներառող ծրագրեր: Սա կարող է լինել մեկ հնարավոր հատված, որի շուրջ կարող է երկխոսություն ծավալել:
Ես չեմ թերագնահատում դժվարությունները, ես գիտակցում եմ, որոնք են խոչընդոտները և դժվարությունները, սակայն քաղաքական կամքի առկայությունը այստեղ կարևոր է:
Սա չի նշանակում, որ մեկ օրվա մեջ հնարավոր է ամեն հարց լուծել, սա ժամանակ կպահանջի, դժվարություններ կլինեն, սակայն առաջինը փորձելն է ավելի լավ փոխհամագործակցային մթնոլորտ ձևավորել, փորձել հասկանալ, որոնք են տարամետ կարծիքները, փաստարկները և փորձել գտնել որոշակի հնարավոր լուծումներ»,- մանրամասնեց Շառլ Միշելը:
