Պետական ինստիտուտների ամլությունը և հանրային անբովանդակությունը դաշինք էին կազմել

Մեկ  տարի առաջ այս օրերին Տավուշում պատերազմ էր։ Հիմա դրա մասին ոչ ոք չի հիշում։

Մեկ տարի առաջ Նիկոլը Հայաստանը ներքաշեց խոշոր ավանտյուրայի մեջ։ Միջազգային փորձագետները և դիվանագիտական աղբյուրները պնդում են, որ դա ամենամեծ պրովոկացիան էր՝ պատերազմ հրահրելու համար։ Հուլիսից պարզ էր, որ մեծ պատերազմն անխուսափելի է։ Մոլորված Ուազ, լքված բարձունք, անպարտ հայ բանակ, տասնյակ խփված իսրայելա-թուրքական անօդաչուներ, որոնց ֆոնին եթեր էր մտնում Արծրունը. սրանք «ширпотреб» հայրենասիրության ոլորտից են։

Իսկ իրականությունն այն էր, որ դա պետական մակարդակով ավանտյուրա էր, որը Թուրքիային միջամտելու լեգիտիմ առիթ տվեց։ Թուրքական զինուժն այլևս Ադրբեջանից դուրս չեկավ։

Բայց ես չեմ մեղադրում միայն Նիկոլին։ Նրա մասով ամեն ինչ պարզ է։

Ամենազարհուրելին այն է, որ տավուշյան դեպքերը ցույց տվեցին, որ մենք քիչ թե շատ լուրջ պետություն արդեն չունենք, որ մենք չունենք պետական ինստիտուտներ. մենք չունեինք զինվորական վերնախավ՝ ՊՆ, ԳՇ, մենք չունեինք՝ Ազգային Ժողով, չունեինք Անվտանգության խորհուրդ, չունեինք սոլիդ ընդդիմություն, քաղաքացիական հասարակության կառույցներ և այլն։

Չունեինք ոչինչ, որը կբռներ Նիկոլի ձեռքը։

Հիշեք, թե հայ հասարակությունը ինչ էր գրում և ինչ մթնոլորտ էր տիրում այդ օրերին սոցիալական ցանցերում՝ բոլորը հայրենասեր էին, բոլորը դուխով էին, բոլորը ipad-ներում և հեռախոսներում ջարդում էին Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան միաժամանակ։ Բոլորը անբովանդակ-կեղծ հայրենասիրության տիրույթում միասնական էին։

Հիշեք հրճվանքը, երբ ազդարարվեց ու կադրերում երևաց, որ սպանվել է ադրբեջանցի գեներալը. հիշեք և ամաչեք։ Ամաչեք անհատապես և զանգվածաբար՝ ձեր անգիտությունից, որ գոնե մեկ, հաջորդ քայլի հեռանկարը չէիք պատկերացնում։ Եվ հիշեք, շատ փոքր թվով գործիչների հակառակ ռեակցիան։

Պետական ինստիտուտների ամլությունը և հանրային անբովանդակությունը դաշինք էին կազմել, և այդ դաշինքը Նիկոլի ամենաջերմ աջակիցն էր։

Հուլիսի Տավուշից մինչև մեծ ու արյունոտ պատերազմ հաշված օրեր էին մնացել։ Դրա մասին զգուշացնում էին, գոռում էին մի փոքր խումբ հանրային դեմքեր, գործիչներ։ Նրանց ձայնը խլանում էր պաթոսի աղմուկի մեջ։

Իսկ նիկոլը մեշոկներով մեդալներ ու շքանշաններ էր բաժանում՝ չընկալելով, որ դա միայն արագացնում է պատերազմը։ Կամ գուցե՝ ընկալելով։ Նրա ձեռքը ոչ ոք չէր բռնում։

Անցել է մեկ տարի. մենք առանց կենսագրություն քոչվորի նման վախենում ենք հիշել ընդամենը մեկ տարվա մեր պատմությունը։ Չկա Շուշին, չկա Հադրութը, չկան հազարավոր տղերքը, թուրքը Սևանից 6 կմ հեռավորության վրա է, Սյունիքի բարձունքներում է, բայց կա Նիկոլը, կան նույն ամուլ պետական ինստիտուտները, որոնք ի վիճակի չեն ոչինչ անելու։

Իսկ սրանք կան, որովհետև կա նույն հասարակությունը, որը չի դադարում ենթարկվել նույն քարոզչական հիպնոսին՝ քանդելով պետությունը։

Սա նոնսենս է՝ հասարակություն, որը քանդում է սեփական պետությունը։ Պետք է գտնել հասարակությանը հիպնոտիկ մոլորությունից հանելու եղանակները։ Այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքը պետք է տարվի մի քանի մակարդակներում, շատ կազմակերպված և արագ, քանի որ ժամանակը շատ քիչ է։
