Հուլիսի 15-ին ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Կութ գյուղի հատվածում հրաձգություն են սկսել. ՄԻՊ

ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Կութ գյուղի հարևանությամբ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 15-ի կրակոցները ապացույց են, որ ինքնին նրանց ներկայությունը ՀՀ սահմանային գյուղերի հարևանությամբ և ճանապարհներին ՀՀ բնակիչների կյանքի իրավունքի խախտում է: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը:

Հուլիսի 15-ին ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը ստացել է ահազանգեր, որ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Կութ գյուղի հատվածում հրաձգություն են սկսել։

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի փաստահավաք աշխատանքներով պարզվել է, որ կրակոցները լսելի են եղել նաև Կութ գյուղում` քաղաքացիական բնակչության համար։

Ահազանգերի հիման վրա պարզվել է, որ Կութ գյուղի հարակից տարածքում՝ մոտ 3 կմ հեռավորությամբ տեղակայված են ադրբեջանական զինված ուժեր, որոնք գտնվում են ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում:

Դրանք վայրեր են, որոնք քաղաքացիական բնակչության համար ծառայում են՝ որպես արոտավայրեր և խոտհարքեր: Ադրբեջանական անօրինական ներկայության պատճառով ՀՀ բնակիչները զրկվել են իրենց այդ իրավունքներից:

Փաստահավաք աշխատանքները պարզել են նաև, որ հուլիսի 15-ին՝ ժամը 14։30-ի սահմաններում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը տարբեր տրամաչափի զենքերից մոտ 40 րոպե տևողությամբ, ինտենսիվ կրակել են հայկական զինված ուժերի դիրքերի ուղղությամբ։

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գյուղերի հարևանությամբ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների այս պարբերական դարձած կրակոցներն իրական վտանգ են ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակչության կյանքի ու առողջությամբ համար: Այդ արարքներն ուղղված են նաև ՀՀ բնակիչներին սեփականության և այլ կենսական իրավունքներից, անասնապահությամբ զբաղվելու և ընտանիքի եկամուտը վաստակելու հնարավորությունից զրկելուն:

Նրանք նույնատիպ հանցավոր արարքներ (կրակոցներ, կենդանիների գողություններ, խոտքաղ իրականացնելու խոչընդոտներ և այլն) պարբերաբար կատարում են թե՛ Գեղարքունիքի, թե՛ Սյունիքի համայնքների հարևանությամբ կամ բնակիչների նկատմամբ:

2021թ. հուլիսի 15-ի կրակոցները ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում են, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ներկայությունը ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի և Սյունիքի մարզերի գյուղերի հարևանությամբ, Սյունիքի մարզի համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներին առաջնահերթ ՀՀ բնակիչների կյանքի իրավունքի խախտում է:

Հուլիսի 15-ին ադրբեջանական կրակոցների փաստը Գեղարքունիքի մարզում պաշտոնապես հաստատել է նաև ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը:
