Հունվարից էլեկտրամոբիլները կթանկանան. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
2020 թ. մարտին ԵՏՀ-ի խորհուրդը որոշում էր կայացրել զրոյացնել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միասնական մաքսային սակագնի ներմուծման մաքսատուրքի դրույքաչափը էլեկտրական շարժիչներով տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար: Պատճառներից մեկը «ներքին արտադրության բացակայությունն» էր:
Սակայն այս որոշումը, ինչպես ասում են, հավերժական չէ: Բանն այն է, որ, ըստ առկա տեղեկությունների, Ռուսաստանն ու Ղազախստանը մտադիր են սկսել էլեկտրամոբիլների արտադրություն: Ըստ այդմ, էլեկտրամոբիլների՝ ԵԱՏՄ երկրներ, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստան ներմուծման զրոյական դրույքաչափը գործելու է մինչև 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը: Սա նշանակում է, որ 2022 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից կսկսի գործել զգալի մաքսատուրք, ինչը էապես կթանկացնի ներմուծված էլեկտրական շարժիչներով տրանսպորտային միջոցների գինը:
«Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, հաշվի առնելով այս հանգամանքը, ինչպես նաև այն փաստը, որ Հայաստանում իրացվող էլեկտրամոբիլների համար չի գործում նաև ԱԱՀ-ն, գնալով մեծանում է այդ մեքենաների նկատմամբ հետաքրքրությունը. մարդիկ աշխատում են դրանք ձեռք բերել մինչև 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը: Ի դեպ, մեզ հետ զրույցում ոլորտի փորձագետները նշում էին, որ այստեղ լուրջ անելիք ունի նաև պետությունը՝ հնարավորինս աջակցելու այս պրոցեսին, քանզի մի կողմից՝ մեր երկիրը դառնում է «մեքենաների գերեզմանոց», մյուս կողմից՝ առկա է օդի աղտոտվածության լուրջ խնդիր:
