ՄԱԿ-ը հորդորել է Թուրքիային և Իրաքին լուծել երկու երկրների միջեւ առկա խնդիրը

Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության անվտանգության խորհուրդը հորդորել է Թուրքիային և Իրաքին երկխոսության մեջ մտնել հյուսիսային Իրաքում տեղակայված թուրքական զորամիավորումների հարցով: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուրքական «Թարաֆ» պարբերականը:
Անվտանգության խորհրդի դռնփակ քննարկման ժամանակ անդամ պետությունները կոչ են արել թուրքական և իրաքյան կողմերին խնդիրը կարգավորել իրար մեջ:
Ավելի վաղ ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստում ելույթ էր ունեցել Իրաքի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Իբրահիմ Ջաֆերին, ով պահանջել էր, որ Թուրքիան անհապազ զորքերը դուրս բերի իր երկրի տարածքից: Նա նշել էր, որ թուրքական կողմը պետք է անհապաղ քաշվի դեպի երկու երկրների կողմից ընդունված միջազգային իր սահմանները և այլևս երբեք չխախտի Իրաքի ինքնիշխանությունը: «Միջազգային օրենքների և նորմերի համաձայն՝ այս ռազմական տեղակայումը թշնամական գործողություն է»,- ասել էր Իրաքի արտաքին գործերի նախարարը:
Թուրքիան դեկտեմբերի 4-ին Իրաքի հյուսիսում գտնվող Բաշիքա բնակավայրի մոտ, որտեղ տեղակայված են քրդական փեշմերգայի(քրդական զորամիավորումներ) ճամբարները, տեղայակայել է իր զորքերը, այդ թվում տանկ և զրահատեխնիկա: Թուրքական կողմիհավաստմամբ՝ այդպես նրանք պատրաստվում են հարձակվել Մո սուլի վրա, որը գրավել են ԻՊ ծայրահեղականները, ինչպես նաևվարժեցնել քրդական փեշմերգային ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարի համար: Իրաքի ԱԳՆ-ն իր մոտ է կանչել Բաղդադում Թուրքիայի դեսպանին ուպահանջել, որ Թուրքիան անմիջապես դուրս բերի իր զորքերը երկրի հյուսիսային շրջաններից: Իրաքի արտաքին քաղաքականգերատեսչությունից հայտարարել են, որ պաշտոնական Անկարան իր զորքերը մտցրել է առանց Բաղդադի հետ համաձայնության, ինչըորակվում է որպես «թշնամական գործողություն»:
Իրաքի իշխանությունները պահանջել էին պաշտոնական Անկարայից 48 ժամվա ընթացքում դուրս բերել զորքերը հյուսիսային Իրաքիտարածքներից: Իրաքի վարչապետ Հայդար էլ-Էբադին հայտարարել է, որ եթե Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները չկատարեն իրենց պահանջը, ապա իրենք ստիպված կլինեն կիրառել հնարավոր բ ոլոր տարբերակները, այդթվում և Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության Անվտանգության խորհուրդ դիմելը:
Վերջնաժամկետի ավարտից հետո ՄԱԿ-ումԻրաքի մշտական ներկայացուցիչը հատուկ նամակ էր հանձնել Անվտանգության խորհրդին, որումպահանջվում էր ստիպել Թուրքիային դուրս գալ իրաքյան տարածքներից:Պաշտոնական Անկարան բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ չի պատրաստվում զորքերը դուրս բերելհյուսիսային Իրաքից: Դեկտեմբերի 14-ին թուրքական իշխանությունները որոշում են կայացրելմիայն զորամիավորումներիմի մասին դուրս բերել Մոսուլի շրջանից և տեղափոխել ավելի հյուսիս:
